This is where we come whenever we need anything pertaining to our eyes, I had a little bacteria infection in my eye and these folks took care of it in a very professional courteous and safe manner, my wife also where is prescription glasses and this is where she gets all of her prescription glasses needs taken care of… They are really good people here give them a try. Shop local, buy local,spend local.

I had an appointment for an eye exam at this office. The doctor was very pleasant and spent time with me to explain the procedures and what to expect. From the moment I walked into the front door the staff was courteous and attentive. They are good.

Was having tunnel vision really bad. Said it was medical after checking my eyes. Went to the hospital and was admitted, did CT scan and MRI. Was a large mass in my nasal cavity far up inside. I recommend him very highly

Riverside eye specialist on brockton ave is a excellent place to go for your eye care needs. We have had the pleasure of having Dr John Allavie as our eye specialist for years. I just had cataract surgery in my left eye this month. I have to say that Dr Allavie is a excellent surgeon. In my opinion one the best in the inland empire. The staff is very friendly. I am so please that I am having my right eye done next month. After surgery I can now see perfectly in my left eye. I just had my right eye done this month and its also as great as my left. I would recommend everyone to go here for there eye care needs. A special thanks to Becky for her personal care and answers all of my questions and gives us a great experience. UPDATE> I just got my new prescription for new glasses and pick my glasses Thursday the 16th of January. Well I am so happy as I can see like I've never seen in a long time. Dr John Allavie was able to get my prescription just right as my eye sight is now perfect. Thank you so very much for a great experience.THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!

Once again employees are beyond rude !! I walked in wrote my name on front desk list . No one acknowledged my presence, the 2 receptionist were talking amongs them selves(whispering ). Sat for a few minutes.I then hear my name and I stand up and said I am here 🙋🏼. I smiled and walked towards Griselda. She proceeds to walk doesn’t event says one word ... I asked how are you ? No response, I asked again .. “How are you today “ still no answer ... I said are you ok ? She looks back (upset) & said I answered “I WAS FINE” I said my apologies I did not hear you .... she walked into a room , I assume I was to follow her . She walks in sits down and leaves me standing at the door . She doesn’t does not give me direction as to what Or where I should go . “I said do I have a seat “ and that upset here even more !! She replied YES!!! At this point I was was very uncomfortable and confused. I asked .. Do I bother you Griselda you seem upset ? She jumps up and walks out !! She left me there .. she came back and grabbed a paper and walk out!! I am sitting there .. trying to understand... I needed the medical attention as my eyes are swollen and irritated .. However I sat there and thought to myself at this point I got up and walked out . No one deserves this type of bad service. Griselda needs to understand she make customers feel uncomfortable . I will never return here

Had my wife's exam being retired military we have been with dr allivie for over a decade we came in for an routine eye exam but he no longer does eye exam because he is a doctor I guess his exams are considered a medical diagnosis I guess it's a way of charging more for an exam. ?

The VA hospital sent my dad here because they couldn't get him a timely appointment with them, he is 100% disabled through the VA. He got his eye exam and then the eye glass center told him it would be $25 for them to measure his PD number. It literally takes 1 min and a ruler. I guess that is how they thank our Veterans...I'll never let him buy glasses there. Went to Americas Best Glasses and they did it for free and we didn't even get his exam there, but I did get mine there!! They were great!!!

Love the girls!!! I been a patient for about 4 years now.. would not change my eye doctor anywhere.. Monica is amazing and very sweet..they have a variety of eyewear.. love them would recommend to everyone

Just over one year after having both eyes corrected. So HAPPY! These are some truly wonderful people!

Dr HA was really good with prescription for contacts, but I did not see any difference with eye glasses. Wore glasses for a week and went back, she said that's the best I can do and walked out. After all that money I spent.  Her assistance were nice as was Dr. HA on first visit. Other office workers rude and did not seem to care, no call back when I left a message and information given to them by Dr. HA was not followed thru with.
