Riverside Medical Clinic - Brockton's Online Review Report Card

Doing with this place is worse then dealing with a government agency. Expect long waits. Calling them is even worse you can't ever talk to your doctor and rarely can you even speak with the nurse. They fail at filling out paper work correctly for disability or other needs. This is a business they are not there to assist patients. While the doctors is suppose to be there for the patients needs they seem to still and control anything and everything the doctor says, which tends to mean all the good doctors do not stay long.

Not on time at all. Every time I'm here with an appointment, I have to wait 1-2 hour more to get in!

The doctors are good enough, but don't go here if you value your time. You will not be seen anywhere near your scheduled time; prepare to wait at least an hour past your appointment.

They are a cheap carbon copy of Kaiser Permanente. They are in it for the love of money. Not the profession of medicine.Why should I reach out to you people? When I said cheap I didnt mean inexpensive.  I meant you people are a birdy product. I had another Dr at Kaiser named Edward Im. Hes just as bad as your doctor Edward Kim. I filed a complaint against Im also. But I will not tell you why.There will be no 2nd chance for RMC. I thought I was harsh with Kaiser and they failed me a 2nd time. Now both of you will not receive any consideration for Medicare coverage next year.I originally chose you because you were within walking distance of my home. But I knew problems would start when your receptionist didnt have any record of me being your patient from day one. But then I was being referred to the Brockton facility for everything else being cardiac, or colonoscopy related.Then I had to pay Dr. Saltzman $20 to go over my medical records instead of being able to log into to Kaiser for free to review my medical records.You people have a long way to go and youre failing by not coming out of the Prehistoric age.

The doctors are adequate, but do not come here if you have UC Student Health Insurance (UCSHIP). This office does not know how to process the student paperwork! It took 3 months to get a referral processed properly caused by systematic communication and paperwork delays. While the patient does bear responsibility for acting as their own advocate, I have never had this many problems getting paperwork processed and status updates in a timely manner. Apparently, the paperwork was actually processed in the first 2 months, but I was not informed because they had my phone number in the system as 9999999. Even though I was calling weekly at that point and leaving my correct number, they never bothered to tell me the referral was completed nor did they update the contact information!Save yourself the time and headache and get a referral to another campus that has the specialists you need inhouse.

I have been a patient of Riverside MedicaL clinic for 20+ years and have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Hong is a great Primary care doctor who cares about what you have to say and how you feel.

Wow just wow.  My family have been patients at RMC for over 20 years, I had no problems until a couple years ago when every single time I try to make an appt with a specialist, the wait is unacceptable(I haveaPPO so no need for referral or authorization)I have been trying to get an appt with a dermatologist and Urologist for many months.  My Rhumatologist wanted me to see a dermatologist, the soonest appointment is end of October? Um its June 1st, now mind you this is after already waiting three months for an appointment that I showed up for just to find out they scheduled me at some clinic in another city that I never heard of nor did they tell me, the pandemic was in full swing so I let it go.  Here we are in 2021 I start over to see my Dr who again asks me to see a dermatologist, I call on May 18th leaves voicemail, no return call, I call again on June 1 and the first available appointment is end of October?? Um thanks but no thanks I called a dermatologist outside RMC with Excellent reviewers and got an appointment for June 24 , three weeks sounds much better than 5 months.  Now on to another specialist, I call to make an appointment with a urologist beginning of April for pain Im experiencing, 1st appt Available is mid May (6 weeks) which is already way too far out for someone in pain but I take it, then I get a call the week before telling me they accidentally scheduled me on a surgery day, so first she tries to schedule me for the last week of June(another 6 weeks away, I explain I cant wait another 6 weeks so she finds me an appt 2 weeks later (still way too long) but I take it.  Well here we are two days before my appointment and I get a voicemail that Dr is in surgery that day now they want to reschedule me again, obviously no concern for the pain Im in so that was the final straw.  Called and got an appt outside RMC again, initially I was asked if June 23 was ok, I explained my pain and she got me in for next week.  I have no idea of the competency of the specialists since I could hardly ever get in to see them but the schedulers have zero compassion for patients.  I continued to use RMC so all my records would be in one place and one Dr is able to look at another Drs notes and findings but its not worth it when you cant get in to see the other Drs, if you are in need of care in the near future steer clear of Riverdide Medical ClinicOh one more thing, the wait for an annual colonoscopy is many many months.

If I could give this place a zero I would.
