Riverside Medical Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Wasn’t feeling well, body aches, cough but didn’t have a temperature. Asked to wait in my car and someone will call me. Waited 35 minutes in my car before I received phone call from nurse. Asked what my symptoms are and told her (same thing I told young man at the desk). Said that I couldn’t be seen there, I had to go to emergency room. I said why, “ she asked, “ do You want to speak to doctor?” I answered , “why can’t I SEE the doctor?” She said the Dr. will tell you on phone. Doctor came on phone and said because of COVID 19 and MY symptoms, I have to go to emergency room and get a COVID test as they do not give COVID test at Urgent Care.This was all by phone and took place in June 2021. The first week in November, I was billed for having the doctor at Urgent Care tell me that I can’t be seen there. I filed a grievance with Riverside Medical billing Department. They said the doctor diagnosed me with a bronchial infection. I asked ”how? The doctor didn’t see me.” Riverside Medical billing Department said the doctor did the best he could with what I told him on the phone that day.I replied, “Are you kidding me? You allow a doctor to diagnose via phone call (it wasn’t a Zoom call)? They said because of COVID that was Urgent Care procedure.I found all this out through MY insurance company. I never received a statement or bill from Riverside Medical either.Best to go elsewhere and not to Riverside Medical Urgent Care facilities, especially the location on Day St.(I did receive the proper diagnosis from Loma Linda Hospital Murrieta and I tested negative for COVID.)

Workmans comp patients are patients to! Female doctor was rude and condescending, no way to gain patient trust.

Iv got a broken spine/ nerves system atm my accident was 6 months ago, since then I got a family doctor here as atm I'm sure it's no secret it's super hard with covid all the good caring doctors are taken and not seeing new patients and believe me as no education is equal they got ups and downs and experience in different areas all good that's life I know this as a trade professional and I'm not calling him out but as far as my personal experience and feelings on the matter he disrespected my education because he is God and wanted to use me as a lab rat and send me for injections that seem very none logical for my symptoms and condition and couldn't promise results but the risks are very real they don't know what's wrong with my nerves or why my nerves are acting up and ask for no further testing but they wanna stick a needle in my spine using x-ray but x-ray does not show nerves and it's likely to hit it if it's not where it should be which is likely rather then making feel better about it because I had questions he couldn't answer or argue, then he labeled me as a none vaxer which had nothing to do with what I came in for or was talking about at all and told me to never come back only phone calls now not only is this illegal and I didn't know that he poses a pharmacist degree and idk how he plans on being of benefit to a spinal injury if he can't see me and he doesn't listen to the other professional I'm seeing who also posses tickets instead he discredits them which is also wrong and not of benefit. When I came to him with all my pain and questions and looking for a solution that best fits me he didn't care he told me in better worlds that I don't matter I'm just a number and a lab rat he doesn't have to prove to me there's a point and that he doesn't care where my problem is he just wanted to make me a permanent customer. And for the record I'm no anti vaxer iv made a personal choice based of experience and knowledge I'd recommend everyone do the same I believe if you trust it and believe in it and have no reason for concern then go for it I'll do it when more people have been tested on and the kinks have been worked out science is perfect it's the money and man that directs science not always where it best suits the people but profit to pay for more science and more but if you have the vax you should be safe and I'm not hating on you for being a carrier so please respect my wishes as a humanbeing I'll get the vax when I feel it's in my best interest atm I'll take my chances. But I still respect him as a person and I know he is a good guy maybe just overly stressed about covid feels deeply that he is right and I respect that and I'm sure this won't help my case with him but he has been signing my disability I just don't wanna be on disability this is my body and I treat it with great respect and someone destroyed me but I'd rather refuse the wrong help then wish I had but I'm so flustered with the service not just from him but unfortunately for me got hurt at the worst time to no fault of my own so I hope this review helps him and others and I hope everyone stays safe out there and remember we are all humans trying to do our best everyday him included but I do feel disrespected and bullied like he held a gun to my head saying if you don't listen without question your cut off, like I asked for a prescription for a new bed honest thing and he was like I'll sign ya one for the cheapest bed possible I was like0.0 I didn't ask for the most expensive I just wanna get better but if that is how I'm treated like dirt I don't know what to do anymore

Went to see if i canget an appointment with a doctor today 8/4/2021 for a consultation and the young nurse was asking me questions about covid try being trustful with her and then she just told have a nice day not letting me through. What I took from it we got to lie to medical professionals about history from now on

The doctors are very thorough, but the wait times are ridiculous. I arrived at Urget Care at 11:30 am Saturday morning after seeing how "not busy - bar graph" they were. It's now 1:45 pm and I am still waiting in exam room for doctor to come in.

The 'patient affairs manager Kim Tyrell referred me to a new doctor Swanson that had started there.  She failed to tell me that Swanson had a criminal background. The jerk took me off my prescribed blood pressure medicines. Two days after seeing Swanson, I descended into heart failure.  Because of that one visit, I ended up with cardiac ablation surgery and am now  being kept alive by a pacemaker. To make matters worse, the doctor later altered my medical record in their computer in order to  blame me for what he had done to me. I caught him having done so.  Then he lied under oath at his depositions some 40 times. Just prior to that he was finally terminated. Folks, you just can't make this stuff up.  I filed a medical malpractice suit in Riverside Superior Court and am slated for trial on January 7. 2022.  Thank you Riverside Medical Clinic for destroying my life and my health.  If anyone has other issues with this crappy organization, feel free to write me at  usxceo@aol.com.   Douglas C. Dr Yen is a bad doctor! Went in for shoulder pain he told me I have to 2 options: 1 retire early on my career as wireman, 2 live with chronic pain for the rest of my life and take drugs.  This is an incompetent individual that did not give me much information

Once they have a routine of getting your prescriptions in they are great. They don't hassle you about having a married name that might slightly differ from your ID or prescription which I've dealt with several times at other locations. Extremely friendly and get your prescriptions. Starting to make a routine of getting my bi-weekly prescriptions here.

If you can run away from this clinic and there carelessness prenatal care do so. I was seen" DR" Rodolfo aka Rudy saenz for my first born and she was Stillbirth under his" Care" he performed the minimum care and even do i was high risk, he always said. " Ho that's normal"RUN AWAY HAS FAST HAS YOU CAN.

I was been seeing at this clinic for my prenatal care, whit " DR" Rodolfo aka rudy Saenz. Long story short. My daughter was stillborn under this ass@#$ care. If you ever get referred or think om getting this " DR" RUN AWAY!! He only performed 3 ultrasounds and never give me extra care, he never took me has a high risk. For him "ALL IS NORMAL"
