Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and i wouldn't go anywhere else

Recently moved here from the east coast. A RMC doctor referred me to the RMC radiology for a mammogram. Anyone going to this facility is being ripped off and not getting the latest and best services in medical technology and up to date mammography.  I have been getting mammograms for over 20 years and here was my experience at a the Sagoff Breast Center in Boston:1) ON THE SAME DAY of your appointment you get your mammogram AND you get to see your films and speak to the radiologist about your results before you leave;2) If  they need to take a second mammogram, do an aspiration or an ultrasound because they see something on the mammogram they are concerned about these procedures are done on the SAME day as your mammogram appointment;3)  They have the latest 3D, Hologic, tomosynthesis mammogram technology which is better at seeing through dense, fibrous breast tissue than regular digital mammogram technology (which is all that RMC has). IN CONTRAST this was my experience at the Riverside Medical Clinic radiology/mammogram:1) Old technology---no 3D tomosynthesis hence they are more prone to false positives, scares and concerns because they cannot see clearly so their patients are called back more frequently for unnecessary second mammograms and ultrasounds;2)  I did not get to see the radiologist or my films on the day of my appointment even though I asked to because the radiologist was busy!;3)  I was contacted 4 days later by an office staffer telling me I needed to come back for another mammogram and an ultrasound but that the appointment could be no earlier than a month from now!:4) Asked the staffer for a call back from the radiologist and have never heard from her---now over a month and a half later!;5)  Requested a copy of the mammogram report and noticed from the dating that the radiologist did not even read my mammogram for a whole week after my appointment!Needless to say I did not follow up with the second mammogram at RMC because they are behind the times, clearly operating ON THE CHEAP (lack of the latest technology and lack of adequate radiology staffing levels so that mammograms and other x-rays can be read on the day of the patients appointment).  So I went to a National Cancer Center, Breast Center at UCLA where they have the latest 3D Hologic, tomosynthesis mammogram machines, I was able to sit with the radiologist and review my mammogram afterwards to discuss and get my results right away----which by the way were normal and did not agree with the RMC radiologist.Riverside Medical Clinic Directors are scamming the health care consuming public with their CHEAP operations, understaffing radiology, lack of the latest equipment and poor delivery of health care services.  You should be ashamed!

I went to the Corona location to see Dr. Mai for treatment of chronic tennis elbow (5 months of pain). I had to wait over 6 weeks to be seen, and in the meantime I had been taken painkillers that were only working so so. Dr. Mai was over 45 min late to his appointment. His staff had no idea where he was, or how to get ahold of him and could not provide me with any information. I was his first patient of the day, and was told I could reschedule and get in the back of the line (wait another 6 weeks) if I couldn't wait. When Dr. Mai did finally show up, he agreed it was tennis elbow, and told me to go home and take painkillers. I was already pissed that this doctor was late, and now he telling me to continue doing what was not working. I told the doctor that I was here for treatment and that I was in serious pain. I then used the word f***ing in the adjective form describing the kind of pain I was in. He then walked out of the appointment saying he would not treat me. A few minutes later the office manager came in and told me Dr. Mai would not treat me because I used profanity in his presence. Wow... I didn't relies we lived in the 1950's still. I am in pain, and I decided to tell him I was in a lot of pain. This doctor is a pre Madonna, and has no respect for his patient's time. He abandoned me as his patient, and I am still in pain. Never again will I go back. I am now going to find a different medical group.  Save yourself the head ache.

Please repost, instigram, tweet(whatever to get the word out) : Avoid the Riverside Medical Clinic!!!My Daughter was the victim of a poor surgeon who had completely botched her surgery, leaving her even more incapacitated than what she started with. Larger Scar, more hardware and bone grafting was required!!!!!  Because we didn't have the money to pursue a full scale lawsuit we had to settle out of court.The Riverside Medical Clinic in retribution a year later sent a letter less than 30 days to change our general providers  : They said "Due to the legal action taken against the surgeon my whole family could no longer use the services of the Riverside Medical Clinic". My Family loses doctors that are great, and have used for 15 plus years because the Riverside Medical Clinic wants to protect a doctor that notoriously have hurt people!This is consequence is NOT in the paper work they give you when you join the group... the group, mind you, I paid out of my hard earned money to use!!! They said it's in the 'internal policy'.I will be pursuing this injustice the very maximum. Please repost this. If you seek compensation for an injury one of the Riverside Medical Clinic physicians, they will boot your out for retribution!!!THIS IS UNJUST, AND SHOULD BE A KNOWN POLICY!!!!
