Do not go to dr Christensen whatever you do. Worst doctor I've been to. He was very rude, unhappy to help me, and he would not offer any useful information. I was tested and told that I need to see my pcp to get on medication, and dr would not help me.

My Daughter felt really comfortable and love's Dr. Stacy Catalon was Great very respectful and very thorough. Oh yea I had no problems making an appointment and everyone treated us with kindness and respect

I just recently switched to Riverside medical clinic from an amazing Doctor. Unfortunately my Dr. did not take my new insurance. I went to the Brockton location twice in the last week. Once for myself for a mammo and an ultrasound. And another time for my son to have a surgical procedure. Both times checked in 30 mins early as per the clinics request. During my appointment for my mammo they put me i a dressing room to wait for the ultrasound. As I waited for an hour and a half I finally asked someone what the time frame was and then they finally came and got me. Then for my sons appointment we waited an hour and a half to even be seen while they called in everyone that came in after him. Again, we showed up 30 mins early. This is unacceptable, I already miss my last Dr. sooooo bad. They really need to pull it together. Ridiculous.

While my doctors are in Riverside or Moreno Valley, I always do Lab Work at Mission Grove near my home and have experienced excellent, efficient service!

Dr. Christensen has been my primary doctor for a couple of years and he is excellent. Always spends plenty of time with me and is never in a hurry. He is very thorough and detailed. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The office staff has always been wonderful, as well as the lab tech. Great office!!

Takes a month to schedule an appointment with ANY DOCTOR or specialists! Also bring a snack and some entertainment because you'll be in the waiting room for over an hour 100% guaranteed. Oh yeah and try to schedule an appointment for the morning because by the afternoon they don't care anymore.

I have been trying to set up an appointment on the phone but they leave me on hold forever and when I did get an appointment they told me to come in 15 minutes early. I did and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Not the best customer service.

The doctors are fine; it's the staff that is rude, disorganized, and incompetant.It's difficult to reach the staff, first of all, sometimes requiring us to call over and over, hour after hour. The staff is disorganized and fails to communicate with one another; I submitted forms and documentation many times, only to have staff members lose them and ask me to resubmit. AND they ALWAYS screw up the billing codes for insurance. It is frustrating fighting with the billing office, doing their job for them, asking them to code the office visits appropriately so your insurance will cover it. None of this BS is my responsibility. This is the only medical clinic I've ever been to that makes patients deal with this nonsense.Screw this office! I am officially changing doctors.

I have been with RMC for a good long time and was super happy to see this office so very close to home, like 5 minutes away. So I got a general practice doctor, Dr. Colin Christiansen. I have seen him several times.The front office staff is somewhere between distracted and friendly, usually toward the latter. The back office staff is really great, my favorite part of the office. Dr. Christiansen himself I am a little iffy on. He knows his business, but sometimes seems to think I am a hypochondriac or I exaggerate my symptoms, which makes me not want to go in. The location is great for me, and I don't have any huge complaints, but tbh, I haven't gone back in quite a while because I don't particularly like being dismissed. So i can't really recommend at least this part of this office, though I would like to.

Not a good experience with dr Christensen's office. Over an hour wait as if I had all day to sit and wait. The medical assistant had a nasty attitude and rudely interrupted talking over me. No professionalism to her what so ever. The doctor in my opinion is to young and snarky for his position I will NEVER return here I will be taking my business elsewhere including my family won't be seeing us
