0 stars!! I have called multiple times and they never answer. I've had to go to different clinics and to emergency and they tell me that I need certain referrals from my Primary but they never answer and don't accept walk ins.And they hang up when they do answer
If I could it would be a zero.... Worst place to go, do not and will never recommend anyone to go here ever!!! Worst customer service with the girls on the phone hanging up on you and arguing with you, literally, and the Doctors not really being very professional. Like I said WORST PLACE to go to!!
I called to check on appt/time, on hold, few min. Verified Appt. That Afternoon went there, got my Covid-19 Vaccine! Didn't have to wait long.Everyone was nice && professional! ThankU👍
If I could give 0 stars I would. These are the worst drs my brother and I have ever seen. They do not care about your health. My brother has painful and constant urination. After not finding a uti and prescribing antibiotics for an std that his tests assured he didn’t have, they told him to stop drinking as much water. That was the end result of the tests they cared to administer. Within a week of going to riverside market clinic he has gotten 2 referrals and a cat scan. And he has insurance! Do not trust your loved ones to their “care”. Ratings speak for themselves. Stay far far away from this place!

First time going to this facility I thought I liked it at first till it’s been almost 3 weeks just to send my daughters physical over to her dentist and also never answer there phone when u press option 2 for operater

This is my he worst medical clinic. They don't coming my with the appointments and the nurses are so rude, and they just say, you want to wait or you want to cancel?
Jorge Esquivel, the Clinic manager, is extremely unprofessional and makes decisions based on his personal feelings and not the hospitals policies. I'm not sure if it's a racial thing or some sort of discrimination but this whole situation seems very odd to me. My wife took our two daughters for immunizations in December and, being uninsured, applied for the financial assistance program. We realized after receiving the bill that something was wrong because the cost was so high and determined that she filled out the application wrong and made a mistake on our income. I called the billing department to explain what happened and they told us to go back to this office and fill out another financial assistance application. They went on to say that if we qualified they would be able to adjust the amount we owe. Before going to this clinic to fill out the paperwork again I called and explained the situation and the woman who answered told us the same thing. We went in to the office to fill out the application and the girl we spoke to said that she wasn't sure that we could do this. I told her that I called billing and their office prior to coming in and she asked us to wait and came back with Jorge about 10 minutes later. Jorge told us that we already agreed to pay 100% of the bill and that he would not allow us to fill out a new application and back date it to the charges from December. My wife suggested that we call the billing office again while we were standing there and confirm what they had told me. I ended up speaking to the same person at billing (mind you Jorge walked away and came back while I was on the phone with them, asking completely uninterested) and she said that it was up to the managers discretion whether or not to allow us to fix our financial assistance application. So Jorge made a personal decision and would not allow us to fix this honest mistake! The bill was in my name and my wife filled out the application incorrectly so why qould Jorge not allow me to correct it. Something fishy is going on here and the hospital administrative staff should look investigate immediately. I asked Jorge if there was anyone above him that I could speak to and he said "No I'm the Clinic Manager!" I'm sure that he has a boss but refused to allow me to speak with them. Completely ridiculous.
The nurses are very much in ur business so just becareful what you tell them. Also place is kind of old needs an upgrade most definitely.

My boyfriend was 8 mins late to his appointment and now they have made us wait 2 hours to see the doctor this is very disappointing!!
I just recently switched to this location due to a change in insurance. My new primary physician, Dr. McCleod, is the only reason I’m giving any stars at all. She’s WONDERFUL, proactive, genuine, and a good listener. However, the center seems otherwise to be poorly managed, or very understaffed (or maybe both). I had an appointment, arrived on time, and was then told that I couldn’t be seen because they were an hour behind schedule. I said I was willing to wait, even for an hour, and they said I couldn’t because they needed to close the center a half hour after they’d be able to see me.I’m very disappoint with the priorities of this place. Poorly managed.

I am the LAST person to leave a review let alone a bad one. I've been going here for over a year now and most recently been trying to find a solution for a nerve pain I've been having. I've voiced that no medications they have prescribed have worked however i am told to continue taking them in hopes they'll work if taken more frequently. so far no relief. I just find myself at the ER seeking relief when my pain becomes unbearable. It seems the 3 doctors I've now seen here don't really care and they don't listen at all when i say the medicine isn't working and I'm still in pain. I've found myself feeling more hopeless than ever wondering if i'll find a doctor who cares about me and my problem. this is definitely not the place.
We've been waiting 2.5 hours just to be seen and still haven't seen a doctor yet. Didn't eat all day. This is awful. Please go somewhere else if you can.
I made an appointment for a simple TB Skin test. on the day of the appointment i called the clinic to inform them i was running a lil late. The lady on the other end goes " oh its just a Tb test, we will see you when you get here". i got there and the check in lady tells me they dont have TB skin test there to call another facility. why couldn't i've been informed of this when i made the appointment or when i had called to informed them that i was running late. They knew i was coming in for a tb skin test. So i called to see if i could stop by at the corona office, the message when you call the corona office states that Tb skin test are done in a walk in basis. i called to make sure and guess what, its appointment only. ok asked if i could get an appointment and the scheduler wanted to send me to the riverside office again, i explained that there no tb skin test there, and the young man starts to argue with me and tells me i'm wrong. he then proceeds to call the riverside office and finds out that i'm right. i told him i work down the street from the corona office, but he wanted to send me to jurupa valley. i will be going somewhere else. They need to get it together. Screwing up something so simple and then fighting the customer on it, i can just imagine how disorganized the rest of their company is.
