Worst most dismissive physician we have ever encountered. Doesn't prioritize patient care and is insanely rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You'd be better off finding anyone else as this MD will just waste your time and not help.

Had to get an ingrown taking out. Dr. Tsutsumi did a great job! Nail out and 0 pain after. Great recovery. Highly recommend!

New address is:7111 Magnolia AveRiverside, CA 92504My visit was so complete. I didn't imagine getting the service I received. My last ingrown removal (from another Dr) was so quick but Dr Roger Tsutsumi is completely through, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

Make sure to ask if insurance doesn't cover everything, because they will charge you for things that should be included.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I have a PPO. I've been in so much pain and couldn't wait to see a podiatrist finally. Then I get a call today - an HOUR BEFORE my appointment - from Dr. Tsutsumi's office letting me know they are no longer in my PPO network and I am considered a "cash" patient and if I would still like to keep the appointment. Of course I don't want to keep the appointment - but WHY am I just finding this out now on the day of my appointment?!!!! Thanks. Now I will find somewhere else to go and wait another 2-3 weeks before I can be seen. Disappointed is not the word I would choose to describe what I feel right now but I'm just gonna leave this here. Disgusted.

Wrong diagnosis, no mention of capsulitis or mortons neuroma at all. He really didn't check out my feet thouroughly at all. Went to another Podiatrist got the exam and diagnosis with treatment suggestions that will not cost me $450.00. His shoe recommendations were also not right for my specific foot mechanics.
