Rubidoux Family Care Center's Online Review Report Card

Regards my new high doses meds after an ER, I have called the clinic 10+ times, but so far no one answered my request yet. I just called 20 mins ago again, the front desk Diana answered then she had kept silent, finally she put me to hold forever again! I have had the same experiences with the representatives whenever I called the number, the same issues with Diane 2x & other's x-times & mostly she didn't tell you her names. The same problem happened like As soon they picked the phone up :"...How can I help you?", then I would tell my request but she doesn't care the call anymore since she heard the voice which wasn't their boss nor relatives. I was wondering why the front desk's ladies have treat patients so rude and NO responsibilit? Did they get paycheck or enough paychecks? If you're tired of the job, get out of there and many best people who would do it!

I have always had a very good experience with the staff here! At least in person! My son went in for a Covid test yesterday and his pediatrician has always gone up and beyond to make sure he’s health and all my questions are answered. As a new mom you can just imagine the overwhelming feeling when your child is sick and are just trying to do all you can to get medical attention and medication. His medication was not sent to the pharmacy I normally go to and so I had to wait till the next day to figure out why it was not sent. I called this morning and spoke to a staff memeber that instead of showing professionalism she kept talking over me as I explain.. she got so angry that HUNG UP THE PHONE before I could every know the correct pharmacy!! HOW RUDE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! the one that works in the medical field is her not me. I kept asking her to stop talking to listen to my concern and it sounded like I was talking to a teenager going back and forth on HER TELLING ME that the medication went to a Walgreens and I had to call them MYSLEF to redirect the medication! My son has been dealing with these symptoms for a month now and when parents are just looking for answer the way she handled that call was unprofessional and rude! I didn’t get a name as I called back for it NO ONE ANSWERED I CALLED BACK 2 times! I’m so disappointed i absolutely love his pediatrician and she’s on maturity leave and so this is just so unlike them her team is always on top of it! Such a distasteful experience when my son is is desperate need OF HIS ANTIBIOTICS!

Their programs have helped my kids so much in the last year!

There is a very nice nurse here with really curly caramel hair and there is another one who talks as though she's chewing her face is extremely unprofessional complains about her job and about the pay wages while she's taking my blood pressure and is often very rude during phone calls and does not want to open up peoples charts or help them I have diabetes and I did not have my insulin in over a week and this woman was so evil and rude I ended up losing it I'm glad I didn't cry on the phone with this woman because it would've gave her pleasure but that's OK because karma comes back to people who kick people when they're down already thank you for ruining my day. Her name is Rose and she must hate her life and seems like she shouldn't work with people or anything that's breathing.

The woman working there today in the morning 11/15/19 has really bad customer service. My mom called and started talking, in Spanish, and she just hung up on her. She called back again and asked her if she spoke Spanish and she said no so my mom hands me the phone. Why couldn't she just say she didn't speak Spanish instead of being rude and hanging up? I've worked in customer service since I was 18, im 23 now and I work as a receptionist at a chiropractors office. I know how to treat people properly and be respectful even if I don't fully understand them. I was going to say this to her over the phone but she would've probably just hung up on me as well. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
