No pongan en riesgo su salud con este doctor. Es una persona incompetente y muy grosera, puso en riesgo la salud de mi esposo con el medicamento incorrecto y no queriendo verlo argumentando vacaciones, pero tampoco daba solución a la emergencia cuando él es quien tenía todos los datos del procedimiento que se le había hecho, después se ofendió mucho porque se pidió el récord médico de mi esposo y después de un año de no ayudarnos con nuestros problemas de salud argumentando que nosotros lo que teníamos era una vida difícil nos negó por más de 6 meses el re dirigirnos a un especialista y al insistirle cortó relación con nosotros cuando es derecho de todo paciente el ver un especialista y es el médico de cabecera el que debe dar la orden para verlo. Cada consulta era horas de espera aún con cita para atenderte por 5 minutos y contestar tus preguntas médicas con un padre nuestro(no es broma). Repito No pierdan su tiempo ni pongan en manos de este señor su salud

I changed my pcp to this doctor biggest mistake . I called to make appointment for a follow up on shingles case confirmed by hospital er visit . I was having hearing loss and facial numbness . I called and said I was diagnose with with shingles a week ago . I was then asked the medications I was prescribed during this shingles recovery . I told her the three medications I was prescribed and came back telling that the Doctor can't see me ever ! Ever ! because I was prescribed a pain medication during my recovery of shingles . What ?? Like I had a choice ‍. Make me feel so awkward . What happens to all those ever having dental surgery or actual surgery. Very interesting and weird. I will be taking this to the upper management and their affiliation with this doctor ...... treat people with respect you never know who you are actually talking too on the phone . Learn how to respect people even if it’s over the phone . Sometimes you just don’t know what they do and where they work to actually make an affect in your practice . That’s all good bye

Dr Bolivar is an excellent person very humane, he listens to his patients very compassionate and very professional.

This is the worst doctors office I've ever experience. Bolivar never takes me seriously when I have serious issues. His office is always fully scheduled months in advance. They called me an hour before my appointment to tell me i needed blood work done before I come in, but that it would take a week to get them in so we'd have to cancel on a visit I've been waiting for for two months. Like get it together dude. People have schedules people have health issues, this office is really inconsiderate and impersonal. I'm switching doctors as soon as I can.

Dr. Samuel Bolivar was elected as our PCP on our Insurance for 1 reasons He was in the same group as the specialists that I wanted to see for my Thyroid problems I had a procedure done last year to radiate my thyroid for hyperthyroidism afterwards I was informed that the procedure did not work and that I would have to have the procedure done all over again which was significantly difficult for myself and my family until I redid the procedure I was started on medication to decrease my thyroid function.  After weeks on the medication  I  began to feel very sick not sleeping emotional extremely exhausted lethargic after over 10 days of feeling like this I called the Doctor numerous times my calls went unanswered  the Doctor was out no one apparently covering for him and I was referred a couple of times to the nearest ER which I did go to.  I was told to call my Dr. in the morning which I did I finally got an appointment for several days later with my with my Dr...
