Great pain management group! Staff is very friendly and respectful. I like their three way approach where you see 3 different specialists at every visit. Best pain management I have been to!
Worst communication to patients Worst call back time in history ever Worst authorization department time frame Disrespectful call front Does not respect the patients. All of them. Could care less about any of their patients and rather have the stupid new business name standout to get views. They went downhill. Change your company name every one two years? What are you doing?
Everyone in this facility is so helpful, kind and understanding. They have always gone above and beyond!!
Supervisor Jill was sooo amazing ! She was very helpful. She made my visit very easy. she has a very helpful welcoming personality
My pain management and people friendly
Initially it was extremely exciting to be involved with a multi purpose pain management program. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Medication wasn't available when it should be been. Dr. didn't do her job correctly. Part of my program was acupuncture. I was so excited. I never had it I until 3 months later. But, I met w/ the person in charge of the acupuncture/ chiropractic dept. I told him, I can't do chiropractic promise. Due to my back needing spinal cord stimulater and pain levels. He said he understood. But he took me to what he called soft tissue massage. I wasn't comfortable. Table to low, no opening for my face. I was no pleased. I mentioned it on next mtg. He was UPSET. I had 1st acupuncture June been going since March. I found out They were changing their company name and MANY of the BEST PEOPLE left... I wonder why? I have left messages. No response. I don't troubleshoot problems well. Infact there's a BIG LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. But, when I question, who's in charge, who's the CEO? They won't say, I can't believe one person said I used inappropriate language. WHICH I DID NOT. So, since it's recorded, I request that the message be reviewed in my presence, bc it's written on my file. I don't have such foolishness. I speak very bluntly, but I'm not going to cross the line. I'm not a kid. Or irate adult. I won't be accused of this mess. These ppl need to get it together. Stick to the program. Instead of trying to cover up BAD BEHAVIORS ON THEIR BEHALF. I'm used to troubleshooting and moving on. I thought some of this was therapeutic environment. BOY WAS I WRONG! IT'S EASIER TO MAKE ME THE PROBLEM. BECAUSE I WANT TO SPEAK TO A PERSON WHO IS IN CHARGE..NO MORE MANAGERS..THEY REFUSE TO COMPLY.. THE NEW NAME OF SAVAS IS LIFEKIND... almost comical KIND.....far from anything kind.... I'm sure they'll find away 2 get rid of me, because of this review. I CHALLENGE THEM TO PROVE ME WRONG.. Again.. I was never so excited about pain management in my life. So, this is disappointing. I feel they're out to get me out of this program, instead of fixing the problems. That speaks volumes on its own.
This is the fourth time I’ve edited this review. This place may be five stars if you are just getting started on pain management and aren’t in a terrible crisis situation like I am and have been. I had a student PA mismedicate me 6 years ago and have lived a horrific existence since. I don’t think we live in a world that has a current medical climate where I will ever be able to get help. I had no hope coming here. Dr Ana gets five stars and is amazing. Unfortunately they only let you see her your first appointment. She even offered a med change and I stupidly told her I would wait. Since then I’ve seen 3 PA’s who have all been pretty unkind and one being downright cruel. Another one told me my issues are hormonal proving she has no business in healthcare. I was given suboxone six years ago for no reason and have been incredibly sick and not had my pain managed. My liver has hurt every day for over a year. I’m so afraid I’m going to die before I get help. They keep changing my medication but at too low of a does sending me into opiate detox. So I have to keep taking a Subutex prescription I have from my last pain management from January. I’m almost out and have no idea what to do. I am suffering so much and have been. Beth Johnson has told me twice that she thinks they aren’t going to be able to help me. I don’t understand why. I am literally a victim of poor care. I have done nothing wrong and am begging for help and my life back. Anyone who knows about the medication they are prescribing can look at my medication history and see what was done to me. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a prior authorization for a new medication. She laughed at me when I said a prior authorization has never taken longer than 24 hours. I’ve been doing this 8 years and it has never taken longer than a day. I said it’s cruel to not submit for a medication people are physically dependent on for pain and she admitted it was cruel but oh well. I’m mind blown. I also had the chiropractic assistant yell at me and have an attitude for trying to make a massage appointment. It was one of the craziest experiences of my life. I’ve been nothing but kind and compliant and do not understand the cruel treatment I have received here at all. There is so much that is good here and so many people I want to give five stars. But the bad experiences are just too bad and I’ve been here for three months and am no closer to having my life back.
It’s a very peaceful clean healthy environment's.The Staff is very caring and they focus on you and your health needs. The groups and the one on one Sessions are very private and overall it’s the best place to be if you have pain.
This clinic is great. They are kind and take care of business promptly. I was apprehensive about seeing a pain mgmt dr as I have been suffering from chronic pain and providers themself were apprehensive to prescribe me anything. Dr Anna and her staff treated me fairly and truly took the time to listen to the pain I've been dealing with despite having a clear diagnosis. I was pleasantly surprised by this care.
Don't ever, go to savas, not one savas they don't want to treat your pain all they want to do is get you off your medicine that has worked for so long because no other method will do for you to be able to live a somewhat normal life, not sure if this is when you first come they make you wait almost a week even though you were supposed to get your prescription that day, without explaining, and say it's protocol, I think that any doctor is going to specialize in pain medicine they are to use the medicine they give out and told to get off on their own maybe they will have sympathy for actual pain patients, I'm so angry, that I have to go through this nonsense and they call themselves professional. Note if it's Friday when they say give them 48 hours to process the weekend doesn't count you will have to wait on monday until for Tuesday

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
