Serafin Salazar's Online Review Report Card

I missed an appointment a while back and havent had a chance to schedule a new one due to a hectic schedule. I was finally able to call and found out they will no longer see me. I received one letter and it simply stated to schedule another appointment or notify them I had changed providers. There was nothing on the letter that mentioned I could lose my care with them if I didnt make an appointment within a specific time frame. So here I am 24 weeks pregnant having to look for a new OBGYN. This was a nice place I suppose but apparently they will just dump you without warning so patient beware.

Dr. Salazar is great, I like how he will ask me what I want after giving me options and his professional opinion. He will still ask what I am comfortable with. Hes very friendly and professional. I moved an hour away from his office but I still travel to him instead of changing Obgyns. Hes great I have no compliants.

I always felt comfortable he was kind and didnt rush off after seeing me. So I was able to ask questions if I had any. I had a c section and he made the experience very comfortable for me it was quick.

Don’t subject yourself to this nightmare

After having a horrible experience at another obstetrician I found this one through my network and I can say that the experience was 100% different and much more pleasant. I had great feed back and information from him during my first pregnancy unfortunately I had to switch providers towards the end of my pregnancy so he did not get to deliver my baby but Im sure had I stayed I would have been well taken care of, maybe next time around I will and be able to give a more thorough review

I had a great experience during my pregnancy with Dr Salazar. He always answered my questions and concerns and treated with me respect which i find is hard to get in a good Dr. He was always mild mannered and would ask me how my day, weekend or work went. Making an effort to know about me was great. I would recomend him to anyone who is looking for a good OBGYN.

I have seen Dr Salazar one time and was very pleased. He went over everything with me. He showed me videos of options for my treatment. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and treated me with respect! I feel confident and comfortable having him perform my surgery next month. The staff is professional and helpful.

Its always nerve wracking to obtain a new OBGYN. Im not a disgruntled x patient of another just an unfortunate yet lucky woman whos was under the care of an amazing now retired OBGYN. SO IM VERY APPREHENSIVE to find a new doc, however, I know its necessary. Reading the post about the receptionist helped. I made my new pt appointment and was very disheartened to have met this individual. I as well work in healthcare and was in no shape or inform impressed by the professionalism or demeanor of this individual. In fact after I made my appointment I had a knot in my stomach. For years I have been blessed a complete package staff and dr. And now this was my first impression? :/ after reading the patients posts Im once again a little at ease understanding that this first encounter isnt a reflection on my possible future MD.
