Sharon Laughlin's Online Review Report Card

Worst office I wish doctors respected you time as much as we do there. It's to bad the dr Laughlin's P.A.'s are giving her practice a terrible reputation. I've never even seen dr Laughlin. They leave you waiting in a room forever while nurses tell y out they're on a phone appt, while they're supposed to be discussing your health with you at said time they're on a phone appt. absolutely ridiculous. Terrible medical practices. All the PA's there don't really give a shit. It's to bad that the American health system is a freaking joke.

I have recently become unhappy and switched to another Dr. First we have not been able to see the Dr. rather PA every time. This new PA has dropped the ball numerous times with my husbands heath changing his medication on several blood pressure pills and diabetic meds... causing his BP to shoot through the roof resulting in 2 trips to the ER. The PA showed no remorse that her changing multiple pills effected him tremendously. We have requested follow up work without referrals. Sadly this practice has deteriorated since Dr. Laughlin has taken a back seat. They are also extremely slow on communication and rude at the front desk when calling. Several occasions I have had to request supervisor help as the receptionist is rude and confrontational without assistance.

I have known Dr. Sharon Laughlin for many many many years she has always been very honest sincere and right on point. She is an awesome person and a great doctor her staff is a reflection on who she is they are also very helpful and very courteous. Thank you Dr. Laughlin.

First time here and we have been waiting 3 hours. This is RIDICULOUS! My mom is still inside I am curious to see her experience with the doctor.... more to come. No wonder no one claims this practice. -5

Dr and girls nice enough unless your sick or need refills. Then good luck Never call backs and flat out lie. ☹

EXTREMELY RUDE. OFFICE MANAGER NAMED VICKY HUNG UP IN MY FACE SAYING THAT “HAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS DOES NOT AFFECT OUR COMPANY”. Having a attitude like that gets a company no where. If that’s how they talk to people over the phone who are trying to assist them then it’s no better in person.

Dr Laughlin has been my PCP for five years now and I am so very happy with her and her staff. There is no problem I can call with that they dont at least try to help me with and usually succeed. I highly recommend Dr Laughlin.

Great doctor she listens. She goes above and beyond my expectations easy to talk to and the staff is amazing and friendly I will recommend her very highly

Hard to get appt and slow service. As of last week the wait is much better. Still hard to get an appt. But once you get in she listens and fixes what wrong. I never feel rushed. Which is probably why she is always running late.

This woman is a little OFF...SHE told me i was going to fall over and die at any moment. I went into shock and then she said ARE YOU OK WITH THAT I stayed in shock for 2 weeks thinking i was dying. I prepared for my funeral...then she sent me a cerified letter and said she could no longer be my doctor I finally saw my cardiologist who tod me I AM NOT DYING. FOLKS..THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR THIS WOMAN. In reading her reviews i am not the only one she told was dying and they werent...beware of her tatics or better still pick another doctor. I have a letter from her and can prove all i said was true...hopefully someone shuts her down
