This place is absolutely the worst. If I could give them zero stars I would. I was looking for a integrative doctor for my daughter who is suffering from a number of issues and when I made the appointment I asked if the practice saw teenagers and they said yes. I checked multiple times to make sure that the practice was in that work with my insurance. They have extensive intake forms, all of which require that you input the patient’s birthdate. We waited for an hour at the office, and then went in and the nurse took her vitals. And then someone came in and said that they did not treat teenagers and that I would have to pay $350 out-of-pocket for an initial visit. This is so incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It took three hours out of my afternoon. This level of incompetence is completely inexcusable.

Dr. Sayana and her team are lifesavers. As a person with chronic illness, I am beyond grateful for the excellent care I receive every time I see them. I am now off some of the medications I have taken for years and am healing the underlying root causes that no other doctor ever took the time to research, test, or treat properly. I send everyone I know here because they get the treatment they need plus the compassion and time we all crave from our physicians. I hope other doctors catch on soon...

Dr. Sayana is the first doctor I've had that I look forward to my appointments with. She was a referral from a friend of a friend. We met at a Christmas party and she kept talking about her doctor and that she felt and looked better than ever before. A referral is such a valuable introduction and I made an appointment in February after the holidays. So I've been seeing her for a little over a year as I write this. The office is decorated almost spa like, with a very calming vibe. I love that they treat the whole person, not just an illness, but always with a focus on wellness, but wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. I first saw Dr. Sayana with a focus on health and weight loss, in a natural holistic setting. But she's also been there to prescribe an antibiotic when needed. I like that she is trained in Western and Eastern medicine and helps me make the best choices for my health, not pushing one over the other, but blending the two seamlessly. She's patient and caring and when you're with her you don't feel rushed, and no question is left unanswered. I look forward to going over my lab work and watching my progress under her care. The office staff is friendly and helpful, but always professional. I just recommended Dr. Sayana to a friend today. I'm not sure I've ever recommended a doctor to anyone before, but I could do so with complete confidence that my friend will get excellent care. I could go on and on about Dr. Sayana and her staff, but I'll just end with saying the recommendation I got in December 2018 and the first appointment I made in February 2019, were the best things I could have done to get me on the right track for health.

Dr. Sayana has such a warm personality and she is super smart. I always feel comfortable talking to her and I know that she is giving me good advice. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

Dr. Sayana and her team are just so AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a care team that seeks to find the root cause to your problem this is the place for you. They use both eastern and western to best heal you. Each visit is at least 30 -45 minutes. This time allows the care provider to really talk with you and make a connection while learning how they can help you be the best you.

Dr. Sayana has been my doctor for the last 4+ years since I moved to the Pasadena area. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and very competent. I feel so fortunate that my friend recommended her to me.

I haven’t been to this doctor in 4 years. Dr. Sayana stated she accepted my insurance and co pays. Told me herself I would not be billed anything from her. 4 years later, I get a bill for 105.55. I had brought my elderly mother to her, it turned out the Dr. had no visiting privileges at any hospital. Totally useless for my mother’s several visits and useless to me. Now, after not contacting me for 4 years, she has sent this bill to collection. Slimey business practices and un helpful for real medical conditions.

Don't bother with this place. They're in business to sell supplements, nothing more. They're only interested in you as a "patient" if you keep buying their $400+ worth of supplements a month. They get billing wrong, over charge, then have to refund things often. I came to them with reasonable health questions. They loaded me up with testing, supplements, sold me vitamin IVs, but disregarded the real reason I was there. They stopped service when I stopped buying supplements that didn't help.
