Try to get appointment…nightmare!! After waiting 1/2 hour on hold they hung up on me…TWICE!!! Then said, no appointments available. Asked for any appointment …said there are none available…go to Urgent care. Been at Urgent care for over 2 hours now…waiting. Line almost to the front door earlier….what is going on????Update—3 days later now at ER in agony said he needs to go to Urologist… gets a phone appointment to see a specialist????? Urgent care then ER .. now telephone?? This NOT quality care

My husband got a call this morning by his Dr. and was told to immediately come to Kaiser in Riverside because his kidney infection is spreading and needs immediate care. We checked in at 10:30am. It is 2pm and we are still waiting in the car. Thank God he is a trooper and can withstand the pain. I'll update you when/ if we get called in.

Este hospital está siempre bien saturado, es difícil encontrar parking, los espacios para estacionamiento están demasiado pequeños. Y por otra parte la atención no es muy buena a mi varias veces me cancelaban mis citas médicas de embarazo. Y solo una vez me toco que me atendiera mi ginecóloga obstetra en todo el lapso de mi embarazo. Mal servicio.

If i could rate zero stars i would. Kaiser sucks i took my baby in because he had fever they gave us some tylenol and sent us back home. 2 days later he was still with fevers i took him to choc when we got admitted they stared making testing checking his blood and finds out he had a uti. So those doctors and nurses really suck at doing there jobs

My father was admitted to the Riverside hospital. He could not have been in a better hospital. They took such good care of him. A couple of days after he got home he got a card signed by all his nurse's wishing him well. I cannot express the appreciation I have for these nurses and doctors. Thank you!!!!!

I have kiaser for 12+ years and this ER is so slow I check in at 1 something got in a room around 2 something i asked for a blanket because I had the chills no one brought me one until I asked three times then my nurse comes in and tells me my doctor will see me shortly it’s already 4:38am and I still haven’t seen the doctor and they still haven’t done any simple blood or urine I should have gone to irs
