Tarek Mahdi's Online Review Report Card

Just started with Dr. Mahdi. I have only seen him once at the beginning of the year. Getting an appointment wasn't a problem. But since then I sustained an injury and ever since it has been a nightmare with his staff. They tell you they will get back to you and they don't. They tell you they haven't received information they need when I follow up and find out they have. I have been in pain for days and no one seems to care. If this type of service that I can expect going forward I may have to change doctors again.

Horrible staff I was literally 1 minute late I called the office and told them if it was ok if I can be a bit late I’m coming from Perris it’s raining and traffic was horrible, the lady on the phone said theirs a 15 minute grace period understandable mind you my daughter has had a cold for over a week and got pink eye, once arrived the lady opens the door and says “you have to reschedule” I ask her if the doctor can see her at all I’ll even wait “straight no” lady has no sympathy whatsoever nasty person

I had to get a refill on one of my medicine the day before Christmas Eve he was on it and very understanding

I had my appointment today. I took the day off. Had scheduled a month before . And they couldn't take me in because apparently I passed there grace period of 15min. I called and letting them know I couldn't find there location but was here for my appointment. This was my first time here. I'm glad I saw their service right away. This is how they treat patients. Poorly . Rosa , farah. I don't recommend your service. Taking my health where it truly is a priority. Zero stars .

Dr. T. Mahdi stepped in to help when I could not get an appt with my assigned physician. In trying to make an appt with my assigned physician I asked to speak to someone in charge. Dr. Mahdi called to see if he could help as he is the team leader (I think). I am so happy with him. I love telephone appts as I feel they do not waste the physicians or my time. He answered my questions, took care of my concerns, and followed up on the referrals he requested the next week. He also had a staff member follow up. Everyone has been extremely courteous and professional. I never feel rushed. I am now a happy camper!

Dr. Mahdi is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. He takes the time to explain medications, procedures, etc. The best doctor for the elderly.

I love this Doctor!! With Covid going on and no in person visits, he takes the time you need on the phone. I am a new patient to him and couldn't be more pleased!! His entire staff is patient and very quick to get done what you need.

We saw Dr Mahdi twice after two visits he took my friend off of palliative care and withheld necessary care in medication Dr Mahdi had only seen Christine twice in person Christian has been chronically ill for 15 years Dr Mahdi took Christine off life-saving care took her off life-saving care her health is diminished she is a hundred and ten pounds Dr Mahdi did know nothing about he took no test came to the house and said you look fine she's been bedridden ever since crying and screaming in excruciating pain I will be reporting Dr Mahdi to the State Board and The Joint Commission he works for the medical system and not for the Good Health and Welfare of the patient if you love your family member do not make Dr Mahdi your doctor they will leave in a worse state then when they started

Doctor Mahdi saved my life years ago when Doctors at Corona Hospital couldn’t diagnose me. His team of doctors, nurses and office staff are the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His offices are always clean and I’m seen within 40 minutes.

Have been to many doctors over the years. Dr Mahdi is one of the best.
