Finding out I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer was the scariest time of my life. I went to the Riverside office and Dr. Gilmore & his staff were very kind & comforting which made my recovery to beating cancer a happier experience for me. They ALL are simply the best and I couldn't have made it without them. Thank you.

The office staff is incompetent and make no attempt to rectify their ghastly mistakes. They are indifferent to the chaos that their blunders cause.

I am very thankful and happy to have found this group. Dr. Baghian and staff are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Everyone I have interacted with has made me feel as though they truly care about making sure I receive quality care in a timely manner. Exceptional!

Hands down this staff is excellent it has too do with the the doctor. Dr Baghian he is the dream doctor the person who goes beyond his duties. He is the real live TV doctor like Doogie Houser. He explains your options and tells you the best plan for you and your family. My nurse practitioner Ms. Jen she is so awesome and so real kind& funny. My nurses Ms Rose she is my eyeliner lady and mascara be on point and she is on point with my injection to the port one time shoot. Ms T my aquarian sister very professional and a realist very smooth injection one time shoot. Mr Brent he is the motivation to the correct solution of these injection he is a very calm person mr smooth. Now my frontline people these are the first ones that set the tone in the office the first ones to greet you, Ms Natalie she was the first one I meet she is the best very polite always has a smile she is very Thorough, she stays on top and follows through with her work how do I know she calls you back to let you know. Ms Alejandra she keeps conversations as normal as possible you are always going to get a laugh with her which is very important to laugh she is always smiling and she is very observant of the patient not just from my own experience but I also observe the workers she is great. Ms Elizabeth very kind soft spoken she has the perfect posture I'm so jealous of that but good posture is a sign of a great leader. Young Bryan I was so happy to a man in the front cause sometimes too much estrogen in the office causes to much commotion he so focused and his injection are very smooth. Ms Dulce yesss hunny her name fits her charisma her sneaker game be on point and yes she too follows through on her work as well and if you yell at her she won't snap back she remains calm and helps find a solution to the patients attitude now she is a real one just like candy ( singing in my cameo voice ) . Now Mrs Maria she is the momma bear of the office you snap at her and she gonna snap back very professionally on the snap she has my respect. Now there is another Doctor there as well I know his name starts with a G so we gonna say Dr.G he is awesome my encounters with him was at my hospital stay, he has excellent bedside manners. Ms Yessica a very jolly person . So if you are shopping around for an Oncology Institute this is the happening place. All of there attitudes reflect on the word hope. They are my high.
