This office is very unorganized when it comes to appointments. I've been under Dr. Mai's care for over a year, and every time I've tried to make an appointment, it's never been an easy task. Typically, they'll tell you to call at a different time just to make an appointment, and when that time comes they will either not pick up the phone or tell you the same thing. This has happened to both me and my mother who are both under Dr. Mai's care quite a few times. I can understand why this office has been getting consistantly bad reviews for the past 7 years.

I would give her NEGATIVE if I could. This was my moms primary and all she did was pump her with meds. My mom went to her office for immediate medical attention and her office turned her away. We then called and demanded an appointment and she did a visit over the phone. Doctor Mai was quick to dismiss her until we called Doctor Mai back and said no, you need to see my mom she is not ok. Then she says ok send her to ER. We then found out my mom had a stroke, brain tumor and cancer!!! You think Doctor Mai cared- NO! We called Doctor Mai to let her know about my mom and to do referrals to her surgeons and she NEVER called us back! I had to call the insurance company case manager who said this was not OK and called Doctor Mai to see what happened. THEN Doctor Mai called my mom. CALLED any mom at the hospital to ask her what was wrong. My mom told her speak to my daughters. You think she called us NO! Do NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! She should Have her licensed revoked!

I understand it took 2 months to finally get a MRI also just getting help you will get a prescription in brushed off.. it is hard and I will see if everything gets taken care of
