She is the meanest doctor I ever know. She didn’t care about patient. I waited 2 hours and only see her 2 minuets. I feel very upset. Don’t recommend her.

I have been gong to Dr. Mai for about 8 years now. When I see her I can expect very direct non sugar coated answers from her. Shes the type of doctor who will tell you as it is and what needs to be done. I really appreciate this in her she doesnt let me get away with things and I like that. She tells you what you need to hear to change your habits or do so you can get better.

I have always found the staff very accommodating . Dr. Mai answers all my questions and goes over my test with me. She is very personable.

She made me feel bad about myself because I was applying for help to pay my medical bills. I did not have insurance at this time. She held my prescription refills hostage till I made an appointment to see her again. I was just in there the previous month. Will not see her again.
