He was very attentive to my needs along with being able to take the time to physically contact me by phone and video call. His personal attentiveness to me was very special to me. He makes me feel cared for in a loving way which I crave and need as my primary care physician.

As my experience, the doctor is ok but the lady, her name Grace is unprofessional and terrible. She forget to sending paperwork to the insurance for approval but she didn't not accept that. She tried to manipulate me.I called the insurance they said they just received it today - June 2 while I turned the paperwork from ER in May 18.

The receptionist GraceHong is so mean and rude. She never talks nicely or accept the fault. She always try her gut to take a win side even she forget she serve as customer service representative. Her office forgot to send out the descriptions for my mom because I did check with the pharmacy. I called her she said why don’t call back earlier and maybe the pharmacy forgot to text my mom to pick up the medication. These two reason are never make sense. If you have text alert with pharmacy the system will text you right after they refill the medication. I try to find a new Vietnamese doctor for my mom

I have had good experiences at Dr. Doans office. I love that its a small office. I really appreciate the kind and professional atmosphere. I also appreciate how comfortable they made me during a recent breast cancer scare. They were awesome

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Doan since 1992. Hes been with us through thick and thin. He and his staff are very caring and professional. I personally have had more medical problems than Id like to admit but Dr. Doan always comes through for me. I consider Dr. Doan his family and staff as dear friends. Theyve been a blessing in our lives.

The doctor is great and staff is awesome will defently go here over any other doctor love doctor doan he is a great doctor

Very knowledgeable and a true gentle care giver. The doctor makes me feel that his medical practice is more than just making money and I am more than just being alive.

Horrible place. The receptions Grace is a lying weirdo and rude no professionalism at all. Grace yelled and lied at me Abt an appointment. Then she tells me my insurance had been discontinued had my anxiety level so high my insurance is good. I wouldnt advice anyone to go this office. The doctor knows how she is so he keeps her in the front. Put her hormonal but in the back.

Worst experience ever with front desk assistant HongGrace so rude to patients. My parents are in their 60s and 70s limited in English. Im mostly around to help them with doctors visits or phone calls. Every time dealing with this specific assistant we feel intimidation or some type of verbal harassment. I dont know what makes her feel entitled to making us feel belittled like that. My mom likes her doctor but dealing with that assistant is a different story. I dont know how else to show my concern about the bad service except typing up here to show awareness.
