Had root canals done and my front teeth retreated. Receptionist are professional and respectful. All the staff in the back are professional and respectful. Wait times are not long they move as fast as possible but at the same time don't do a rush job on your teeth. I had 2 dentist work on me both did excellent job. Thanks Dr. Pravha for taking your time on my teeth. I felt something was off with my tooth and Dr. Pravha resolved it. I appreciate her attention to detail. Thanks Nicole, Kim, Ivonne, Ali for making this scary process possible.

I had to wait to be seen fo 1.5 hours and than the dentist and assistant came in, didn't even bother introducing himself as the dentist, just open the instrument and started digging in my mouth while talking to the assistant. I was also scheduled for a cleaning and an exam but after 2 hours there they told me actually the dental hygienist left for the day already. So unprofessional

This place is amazing love everyone especially Dr. Briano and his assistant Shonda are fantastic if u get these two just know you'll be in good hands. Love this place so much and I'll keep this as my FOREVER DENTIST!!!

Kim is truly exceptional. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely at ease. She is patient in a way that feels genuine, not rushed or performative. She took the time to personalize everything to me, explaining what she was doing, why it mattered, and how it specifically applied to my dental health. Her calm presence changed the entire experience. What could have been stressful felt smooth and manageable because of her steady, reassuring energy. You can immediately tell she's experienced her technique is confident, precise, and efficient yet she never sacrifices care for speed. What stood out most was how informative she was. She didn't just "do the job"; she educated me. I left understanding my oral health better and feeling empowered to take care of it. That kind of guidance is vital and rare. Kim isn't just a dental assistant and hygienist, she's a key part of the patient experience. I'm genuinely grateful for her care and professionalism. She makes a real difference.

It did start off badly but Dr. Breno was super funny and made the appointment very comfortable! Mrs. Sandra helped make a plan with us going on. Thank you everyone!!

This was a new dentist for me and I get very anxious and emotional when visiting the dentist. I cry a lot and shake and i’m in my 20’s so it’s super embarrassing but they were so kind to me. Dr. Briano was so patient and explained every step. He didn’t rush me or make me feel bad for being so nervous. Kim was with me for most of my appointment and she was so sweet and make me super comfortable. Ally and Nicole also contributed to my smooth experience. I will be returning to this dentist despite it being an hour from me. I appreciate them very much!!

They have the worst service. They told me I had to get all these procedures and that my ins didn’t cover all of it. I had to pay out of my pocket and then when I went back to get the procedures they said it was already done. I had a filling that fell out in 2 days and a root canal and crown that I paid for and when I went to get them done they told me last time I was there it was already done. This is the worst place to go to they never own up to their mistakes. The phone hold times are ridiculous and they never call you back.

Waited for a long time in the waiting room and then after they took my x-rays. The dentist walked by and made a snarky comment asking the technician if I was difficult they said "no" and the dentist said "I better not be" and everything they took me a room where I waited for my teeth cleaning for more than an hour when they finally noticed I was waiting in the room they asked me why and I told them they looked at the computer and said I never checked in that day. They apologized and gave me my teeth cleaning 💀 Furthermore the first time I came here, was to get a night guard. They made me wait 2 hours over my appointment time. When they took me back they took x-rays and asked if I still wanted to get the night guard or come back another time. The same dentist rude and snarky. He was on his phone the whole time. I thought he was just having a bad day and disregarded it.
