Truly one of the best dental experiences I've had. I had neglected to visit the dentist for about 4 years, until 5 weeks ago when I experienced the sudden onset of extreme pain in a couple adjacent molars. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Parsa at West Coast Dental. They immediately squeezed me in and it turned out I needed a root canal and 4 fillings and crowns. because of the amazingly fluid team work between the staff and Doctors Parsa and Seleit they were able to get all of this work done in 2 visits and they even managed a deep cleaning while I was there for the other work. What stood out was that I never sat for to long waiting in a chair as I have experienced at other dental offices. I would describe this offices services as performed with considerable skill, care and efficiency. The less time spent in a dentist chair, the better! PS: Dr. Parsa and Dr. Seleit's root canal, filings and crown prep skills are amazing, quick and yes, painless. Only one fitting for the crowns, now that was a first for my crummy teeth.

I took my mom to get dental care and we were surprised by the Customer service received, Staff was friendly and polite, We were acknowledge as soon as we walk in through the doors and helped immediately, The staff here goes above and beyond for their patients. Thank you for the restroom and the water, thank you for being with us the whole step of the way, The staff really outshines in providing top care quality and never short of smiles. The establishment was really cleaned and the doctors are amazing. They really do put the W in WOW service. Impressed...

I have an appointment for a reason this is my 3rd time coming here and I still am waiting 2 hours after my appointment this place is complete shit Goodluck coming here they dont even do good on the teeth very ruff and can be expensive

Let’s start off with the presentation as soon as you walk in this place there’s about 50 chairs in the office all leather with the worst conditioned seats ever the furniture throughout this entire place is just an horrible condition. They do not offer seat covers for the entire seat like the other Dentist they are charging twice with the other dentist. Are they have selective treatment of who they want to be nice to or communicate with when I first came there they used to call me all the time to confirm appointments and they were really friendly. Then I noticed they started putting horriblerude notes in my file. I took a picture of it and ever since then they have been acting really shady. I had to go in four different appointments to get the final crown put in and I told them I would never come back. I still need more work, but they won’t be getting my presence or my money. I highly recommend not going to this dentist. They do have really good dentist there but it’s the office that is just horrible and they only bring specialist on certain days of the week anyways which all the other Dentist can bring specialist as well so you don’t have to go to them, but this place is just the lowest of the low quality.

Took a Client here. He had a appointment and it took over 2hrs for one tooth extraction, ridiculous.
