Instant Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I showed up rather distraught at this urgent care, earlier this week, and left feeling calm. Even though I had no appointment, they were able to accommodate me within 5 or 10 minutes! All three staff I interacted with were polite, efficient, and kind. The doctor who met with me put me at ease right away and addressed my issue with professionalism and skill. All in all, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I have to say that I am happy to post a great review of Instant Urgent Care at the Rocklin location than a bad one. Their Manager Ivy was very understanding of my concern that happened on Friday. Someone dropped the ball on contacting me via phone, text and or email they've been providing as an additional service, and didn't contact me that the office was closing early when my appointment was scheduled at 5:20pm for a tb reading. I really appreciate Ivy for taking the time to listen, and resolve the dilemma. Another note, and I didn't feel the need to knock off one star; the front desk Medical Admin today was not sincere or had any sensitivity at all when it came to patient customer service. I've been a Medical Admin for 10+ years, and totally understand when patients are difficult, you just don't sound careless or like you don't want to help at all. She'll need brushing up with patient customer service in this field. I am glad I am not that kind of irate person in general, so I hope she survives in this field with any or more difficult patients. The other two sincere, kind MA, and the FNP were amazing though. Keep up the good work!

Great service! I just needed antibiotics and could not get an appointment with my primary care physician. I was able to schedule an appt online for later in the day. That is such much better than having to sit around & wait. Anyway I was in & out in less than 25 minutes. I'm very happy to have Instant Urgent Care in Rocklin.

I was not aware until just before i was escorted to a room that I would not be seen by a doctor or even a PA. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner. No doctor or PA on the premises. I will check prior to filling out paper work next time or making an appointment to verify that I will be seen by a doctor.

Excellent experience, Benetha and the doctor were both very efficient and helpful. Great attitude and I could tell they were FOR the patient.

-No one answers the phone. -Can't get test results. Waited for a week. -They continually canceled my follow up appointments and then said I was a no show even when I was on hold for the doctor.

Went for rapid COVID testing here and it was not only fast and organized, but both times we had to get tests done the service was friendly. Definitely recommend!

Had appointment for COVID test. Waited 2 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment to be checked in, at which time they asked for the same information I already gave them yesterday. I'm sure the 1 person testing people and other person checking people in using a blank piece of paper and a clipboard we're doing their best, but not a fun place to wait when you have COVID symptoms. People dropped out of line, maybe because they died of COVID waiting for the test; who knows.

Went in to get tested for Covid this morning and now 10 hours later still no results. No wonder Covid keeps getting passed on from on to another. People never get their results back. Had I known it was gonna take forever I would've never went. A friend of mine went to Walgreens this morning and within 20 minutes got the results. This place is called Instant and there is nothing instant that they do! Don't get tested here. You will never get you results. They're only good for taking your money!
