Outstanding people and knowledge!!! I have been to Rocklin Physical Therapy to treat and rehab three seperate problems over the past 4 years for: Rehabbing a full-thickness partial tear in my rotator cuff. Rehabbing painful upper back and neck due to aging discs and bone spurs in my spine, and rehabbing severly arthritic thumbs. In each instance the therapists have been extremely thorough in evaluating and explaining what is going on, as well as explaining the plan to aleviate pain and maximize recovery. In all three instances the rehab has been very helpful and enabled me to continue an active life with enhanced strength and mobility as well as reduced pain. The entire staff is helpful, friendly and makes the experience a fun and positive experience.

I’ve had a herniated disc for over 25 years. During these years I’ve been to countless physical therapy offices. John Z. and Rocklin Physical Therapy are the best. They are kind, knowledgeable, and you always leave feeling better. I couldn’t give them a higher review.

After just 4 visits to Rocklin Physical Therapy, I am regaining sensation and strength in my injured limb. I am amazed that my therapist is so skilled and experienced. With symptoms the result of a neck injury I was reluctant to comply with my doctor's recommendation for PT. You can imagine how fortunate I am that he specifically recommended this office. The staff is friendly and polite, the aides are enthusiastic, and my PT is just the best!!!

I would like to recognize Adam M. as a great PT, he was so helpful and key in determining the source of my pain, helped me tremendously to go back to my baseline.  Great staff, service, friendly environment, clean and with all the necessary equipment to perform exercises under safe and close supervision of the team.

At this writing I continue my PT with Amber and team and I am showing great progress in range of motion and strength. I came to Rocklin Physical Therapy for numerous issues including several surgeries in the past two years. On top of the surgeries for over nine years I have been battling cancer and the side effects of cancer drugs which unfortunately metastasized last year which meant more radiation. Quite a year!When I first sat down with Amber she listened to my story and my physical issues. Amber quickly came up with a PT plan that I was onboard with immediately. Two weeks in as I mentioned above I have made excellent physical progress. I am doing things that I haven’t been able to do in several years!Thank you Amber and team! Having a back problem, I thought I would try Physical therapy, RPT being recommend I went to talk to them it seemed like a good choice. After getting a referral from my doctor I started the therapy at first, I was pretty excited very positive. First visit they showed me some stretches to do and a couple in the next visits showed me more. After a few visits they start with you doing all your stretches they showed you I thought this was strange I was doing them daily at home, kind of thought this was a waste of time my insurance and me for paying for an hour. Then when they had an open spot they would call if I could come in, lets keep those empty seats filled. Then numerous times I told them I was having a surgery (not back related) and I won’t be coming for at least a month, the calls kept coming that was it I was done. I did like the therapist showed me some good stretches most the assistant on the floor are pretty good there were a couple I would have got their checks. The office really needs some improvement lot of miss communication. My back has no pain now a month of recovery from a surgery took care of that. I will continue with the stretches I learned. Next time I think about Physical therapy I’ll ask my General practitioner for a recommendation.

Went in a skeptic that nothing could really be done for my hip pain and stiffness. I was thankfully very, very wrong. Adam and the staff at Rocklin Physical Therapy have helped me immensely. Back to normal now and feeling great. I'm a believer. You owe it to yourself to at least give it a try ...!

Unsatisfied and disappointed. The biggest issue I had were their semi-predatory business practices. First, members of my family have been in and out of different therapists and we've never had this specific issue. I do a routine procedure that I have never been charged to do before. Not only was I charged for it, but I wasn't notified that it would cost extra money until after the fact. The cost was low, but it's the principle of nickle and diming customers. My son literally had the same procedure done at a different office and he was not charged for the same service. If you don't want unexpected charges for procedures that SHOULD NOT come out of your own pocket I would recommend going to another practice.
