Christina Pineda is soo incredibly rude and condescending. Also I asked her for a referral THREE MONTHS ago and I randomly get a call this morning that she finally got around to it. I’m not even a patient anymore. After my last appointment I could sense that I was an inconvenience to her and wasting her time because of a simple request, so I found another doctor. I can’t imagine what it would be like coming here if I actually had a serious health issue. It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment too.

I really appreciate the fine job the people do at the front desk. Considering the amount of calls they are answering and the people there for appointments, they are very good at what they do.I also would like commend the Doctors, for the quality care and understanding they give to each patient. The interns as well as all the CNAs are some of the best I've seen.Great Job!

They never answer the phone for weeks and hours even on the emergency. When they do answer they do not do what they say like you never talked to someone. The front desk ladies every time not even doing work just gossiping about life its been two years and i have been disappointed since the beginning

Lovely professionals, but sometimes the wait can be a bit much. That's pretty par for the course with doctors though.

Most confusing place of all. I tried to have someone email me back and tried to set up an appointment online but the way the website is laid out you don't know how to get from Point A to Point B. Therefore, I tried to call them to make an appointment. At first the call was routine saying that everyone is busy right now to accept your call and probably be best if you leave your name and number so they call you back. However, instead of a beep meaning you can start sharing that information, the phone call is abruptly terminated. I made three more calls and got the same results so I know I won't go here if they won't at least want me to leave a simple message for them. Worse customer service ever.

The office and providers have been fine, but they need to hire more people to answer the phone at their call center!!! I absolutely hate and dread having to call for any reason. It doesn’t matter what day or time, you’re guaranteed at least a 15 minute wait, but it can randomly be an hour. You just never know!
