Visiting this place is like getting scammed. I wish i could give less then one star . The staf is very rude unprofessional and scam their patients. I had taken appointment with Dr Hiva Bastanmehr for yearly physical,urine and blood routine check-up,which is completely covered by my insurance. During scheduled appointment one of the staff member told me ,on physical appointment date ie today ,all physical checkup will be done and in the blood test order (which they had sent to quest diagnostic ) includes all kinds of blood tests which are listed under yearly routine checkup and covered by my insurance I took off from work and spent soo much money on uber and went for my physical routine appointment today. But the staff and Dr Hiva Bastanmehr started forcing me to schedule 2nd day appointment and today doctor will not do any physical routine check-up .The doctor will only talk about my blood work. And Dr Bastanmehr and her staff mentioned during 2nd appointment for they can conduct physical routine checkup and the procedure like EKG,general examine etc (which is actually covered by my insurance 100%) will be charged and I have to pay complete amount from my pocket. They disagreed to do any checkup and was forcing me to schedule 2nd appointment. And was making money without doing any physical routine checkup. I had less hemoglobin and vitamin d3 during last year routine check up. So this year I wanted to check my hemoglobin and vitamin d3 level. But In blood work order which Dr Bastanmehr sent to quest diagnostic, they dint send test orders for vitamin b12,vitamin d,folate level ,iron level etc .most of the test were not included .these tests are covered by my insurance and comes under routine blood work. Dr Bastanmehr is telling me, to check my anemia and vitamin d3, I need to again do blood work which I have to pay from my pocket. DR Hiva Bastanmehr and her staff are scam. They scam their patients by telling lie and provide wrong info. She is very irresponsible and very money minded. Due to this scam I lost my this year 100% coverage routine physical ,blood and urine check up. They were not agreeing to talk to my insurance representative. My insurance representative also asked them why they were charging me as everything is covered by insurance. But they even lied that for them it shows as not covered and as per their company policy they don't do those procedures and blood work for free .They charge the patient and all nonsense stories. They made me and my insurance respective be on hold for 1 and half hour on call. DR HIVA BASTANMEHR AND HER STAFF ARE SCAM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU

Waiting for a long and her asst. Clara was very rude and had no class/ manor!!! I'm gonna change to a new Dr.

Dr. Bastanmehr was amazing. She was patient, kind, understanding. She took time with me as I needed. Answered all my questions and was incredibly supported. Great bedside manner and supportive. I would highly recommend her if you are seeking a physician.

All of my appointments with Dr. Bastanmehr have been great. She takes time with her patients to really understand what is going on and to explain solutions. Some doctors are really smart, but have no bedside manner. Others are the opposite. She has both strengths. I will continue having Dr. Bastanmehr as my primary physician and have recommended others to her.

Very good internal medicine specialist.  She is helping me undue what was done to me by a previous urgent care doctor.  She is very nice, knowledgeable and takes her time to talk to you.  She has helped me a great.  This Dr is truly a saint.
