Recommend Dr. Reiss and the staff! Been seeing him for years and am pleased with the care at this location.
God bless Dr thomas for his marvelous work in my life, I was diagnosed with HERPES last year and I was taking my medications, I wasn't satisfied I needed to get the HERPES out of my system, I searched for some possible cure for HERPES I saw a comment about Dr.thomas how he cured HERPES with his herbal medicine, I contacted him and he guided me. I asked for solutions, he started the remedy for my health, he sent me the medicine, I took the medicine as prescribed by him and two weeks later I was cured of HERPES, thank you Dr.thomas you can also email him via: drthomasherbalremedies@gmail.com or WhatsApp +2348155665915. once again i really appreciate doctor thomas
Rolling Hills Estates, Ca.
I come here to get the MRI required yearly by the clinical trial that I'm on.
It is much easier to get a scan done here than in Westwood and it is 30 minutes closer to my home. I always schedule a night appointment so there is no traffic.
The machine here can do a brain scan in 25 minutes, considerably less time than it has taken for me at other locations. The technicians here are very skilled, I've always received a painless IV insertion.
Coming in from the parking lot at night you must use the elevator. It's a bit confusing the first time because you are going from level P4 to 4. When leaving you are still able to use the side door down a few steps.
I have always been brought in a bit before my appointment time and I'm out of there a bit early. Usually only one other patient there.
There is a nighttime security guard patrolling but honestly the area is not at all sketchy at night and the lot is well lit.
Overall, this is a great clinic.

The doctors, nurses, and staff are courteous and helpful.

Parking is free and directly attached to the clinic.

And, you get access to the UCLA Health Network, one of the best in the country.
I can’t speak highly enough of the doctors and staff. They are very efficient, no long waiting, office is so clean, the seating is comfortable, and the staff are great. I was a patient of Little Company of Mary for years and while the staff were friendly, the doctors were less than compassionate. I’m so glad I made the switch, I’ve referred my husband, son, daughter in law and granddaughter.
Dr. Sanna is a wonderful doctor. I have been with her for over a year, and she is helping me so much. I went to Dr. Sanna because I was so disappointed with my previous medical group in Torrance. She did a battery of blood tests and discovered that I had a chronic illness that I was not aware. S8 ce then, she has treated me UCLA specialists and I am doing well. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Sanna. Angela
Wow! My first time here. I usually go to the one in Manhattan Beach but all I can say is Wow!!!! The friendliest getting I've ever received from any hospital front desk. I believe her name was Roberta, she was over the top nice, sincere, and just a beautiful human! I wish every human I came across was this genuine with such a lovely soul. Thank you UCLA!!!
The most professional and responsive local physician's office I've found in the area, UCLA Health in Palos Verdes has been amazing for me and my husband. We use the MyChart app for questions and scheduling as well as messaging our doctors directly, keeping track of immunizations and visit notes, and getting reminders. The office is clean and organized, staff are friendly and extremely competent, from the front office staff to the attendings and nurses and the doctors themselves. We always feel welcome and taken care of and Dr. Sanna provides personal and professional care that shows she sees us as individuals and cares about our health and well-being. We are so happy we've found this office!
5 bones!
I am so grateful for the team of doctors here who have gone above and beyond to keep my mom healthy/happy and fix her whenever she has had issues.
Dr. Sangalag is a caring, competent, and compassionate doctor. She has been a blessing to my mom when she has needed care.
When Dr, Sangalag went on leave, doctor Sun took over. Dr. Sun is a rockstar. He's super caring, has a very gentle demeanor, and very competent. He's also the best in communicating via the UCLA messaging system. Any time you have questions, he promptly replies.
Assistant Rita is also a rockstar and very efficient at verifying insurance coverage and more...
The pawrents are so lucky and blessed to have such great doctors in the neighborhood.
May you all stay healthy, young, strong, and happy to continue being the heroes you are!

The only complaint is the check-in front desk ladies. On mom's last visit, there was a young lady who had what appeared to be fake nails that were very long. Nobody in a hospital setting should wear long nails full of polishing hiding pathogens underneath while handling documents to patients. It was unsettling that UCLA allows long n nails that were longer than mine claws.
Woof!
I am leaving the entire UCLA Health System for good. I am primarily leaving as all local office calls go to the call centers which are not staffed well. Today, I called (7) times in all. (This is my experience consistently). Each hold time was close to (20) minutes before I hung up. I never did get through to my primary care office or the specialist in another office. I then called the "Customer Care Communication" line at (424) 535-2576. Her only response was, "...yeah...sorry" twice which I told her was not a professional response. She did not seem to care either and I had to stop the canned speech. Normally I would escalate to "corporate", but I think the entire UCLA organization has an apathy issue endemic to the whole organization!

This is UCLA. This is a Medical Business! with customers who need prompt responses. If you cannot reach any business in a reasonable time, after reasonable attempts, they do not deserve your patronage. My auto mechanic picks up after the first ring. If they can do it, then the great and powerful UCLA organization should be able to do the same!

Other reasons: *On line Portal does not show future appointments, so I could not cancel. Providence Healthcare does! *It took the specialist doctor (6) days (with me making multiple calls) to order blood tests. Even with his staff issuing "Urgent Paging" attempts to reach him leaving only one day to process; and, they weren't sure if they would have the labs back in time for tomorrow's office visit. *In August, I was hospitalized for appendectomy surgery. I was billed $4000.00 for a UCLA Hospitalist who supposedly was following my case...never saw her in the three days I was there. What good is a hospitalist if they do not speak with the patient, see what is going on visually, how they feel, or to give them updates on their care. I was held over another day as my hemoglobin dropped without cause. I found this out two weeks later from the surgeon. Found out she is located in Santa Monica, I was at Little Company of Mary Torrance, and I could not confirm if she just phoned it in or if she was there at all. Back to the endocronologist who pushes the latest pills for weight loss (which is the reason why I went to the ER as a severe side effect from "Wegovy" and he admitted probable connection to the Appendicitis; and, he also did NOT tell me in the office it came with a "Black Box Warning Label" before I jabbed myself). As a first step and why I was there, he did not want to test me for a blood panel to see if I had underlying hormonal, thyroid, adrenal or other issues before getting me on meds. He supplied me with the "Wegovy" onsite. I spoke to him last night (when he finally ordered the blood tests I insisted on) and was already pushing another weight loss medicine for me to take before he sees me again or has the results of the tests! I guess getting paid from the pharmaceutical companies is more important than taking the proper steps to determine any underlying issues. This is fringing on malpractice!

Good riddance UCLA! Your doctors and your practices are Dangerous!!! You have lost my Trust and Respect!!!! Go elsewhere if you value your health care!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
