the Doctor is good but the wife is so bad, she even asked me to wear pants while I was wearing a business dress. she's almost the examiner for me, not the Doctor . she needs to learn how to talk to do her job better

The doctor is a good doctor, his wife on the other hand makes things a terrible visit. When you have any issues or questions it becomes only your problem and nothing that she believes that they should have to deal with. I recommend switching to a different doctor if you can.

Dr. Duc is a nice and caring doctor, however his wife leaves the visit feeling terrible. Any questions you have regarding your health and asking for help on what to do is regarded as your problem and not for her to deal with.

I would have given this place a 4 or 5 star for Doctor Nguyen himself if it wasn't for the type of care my mom receives every single time she visits, by the doctor's wife. My mom gets lectured in frustration for not understanding things clearly or request a nearby pharmacy to pick up her meds or if any flu vaccines are available. The doctor's wife always tries to get off steam and give unnecessary advices to the patient.

If there is no star, I would give this place, especially the Fucked up Rudest Doctor's Wife. I don't know how people can keep visiting this place, they aren't professional at all, they don't know what they are doing to help patients. I was about to sue this place. Dr. Duc Nguyen was my pcp, he was ok, no yelling at patients but he didn't give a good care to his patients but i was still ok with that because i don't have big problems with my health. However, the fucked up old lady, the doctor's wife, she deserved to get sue or punched into the face instead. Once i wanted to get HPV vaccine, i called to tell her in around April or May sometime, then i was waiting till August to see nothing updated. I decided to call her to ask about that, she said she already helped me request, they already sent that request letter to my house, as you knew nothing was sent to my house. Then she said she would help me to redo it. I continued waiting another month, i called her again to check up. This time she didn't give me any reason why and got mad, she yelled me via the phone that " I am not responsible for requesting that vaccine at all, we still help you to order is lucky for you"- tôi không có trách nhiệm làm cho cô điều đó, tôi giúp cô như vậy là may mắn cho cô rồi!"What the heck she is talking! If i can do it by myself, why i need pcp, family doctor, what reason I enrolled to her place to get health services and they got money from my insurance???? Yup i was very upset and out of my control. I was thinking about open a case with my lawyer about this to sue her. This is my second review because she always pushes my bottom. I changed my family doctor right away, of course my new doctor is way better than her and her place. She could ruins your mood, your days everytime you see her. Please people read this and avoid seeing this place. They could totally kill you!!!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen since I was a kid and he’s always been very thorough and cares so much about his patients. They also have a new receptionist who is very nice and made scheduling my appointment very easy. They were able to give me an appointment the same day to do my last minute school related tests!

The doctor is great and professional, but the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I wish there is no star for the rating.

This place is the WORST doctor experience EVER I had in my life. The old lady is SUPER RUDE when it comes to patient/ medical related questions. Seriously old lady, if you are not happy with what you have been doing or like to poke the clients who trust the doctor and your skills to ask for the medical questions, then you should reconsider yourself to continue. Just a reminder this is a medical career and should you have a more WORK ETHIC????
