This doctor not take any responsibility about her job, even thought u make an appointment with her, but she always forget her patients appointment, me and my wife have a appointment with her in EMERGENCY ROOM at 8:00 am but we been waiting untill 5:00 pm and she hasnt even come, then told us to reschedule again after all that wait. So my recomment if who ever have this doctor caring for your baby, just go change and find another do for better. Its not worth for you to taking the risk for your baby.

Incompetent staff including Drs nurse practitioners, nurses and front deskWould not recommend this clinic at all. They're so filthy. They never clean their exam rooms. Leaving used paper towels on the tray, Ultrasound machine keyboard, countertop etc. It's not my first time here because it's hard to find an ob that would take a pregnant patient switching insurance in the middle of the pregnancy. They do and they do that for a reason. They're hungry for every cents they can get. My ob prescribed me medications today and I even confirmed with the front desk lady. When I went to my pharmacy and the pharmacy said there was no prescription sent in, so I called just to be told that the Dr DON'T HAVE TIME to write the prescription but will send it later today or tomorrow. That's insane that the Dr saves all the prescriptions to be written and sent out at the end of the day. How is he going to remember who is who?! I have never in my life heard of a Dr that wouldn't write the prescription then and there. Let alone waiting till the end of the day to get them done. Doesn't make any sense at all. PLUS! I double checked with the front desk lady before I left to go to my pharmacy. Bunch of incompetent people running this clinic like a bunch of chicken without heads

一星都不想给，前台管理特别混乱，不负责任推卸责任，预约好的时间他说取消就给取消，然后说你没有预约，态度极差，没办法只好回家拿卡片，证明是他们工作失误 连一句道歉都没有，约好的医生也是说换就换，取消也不给通知。打HPV疫苗时间第三针约了四次时间，6月14日打针，昨天（6月13日）他们下班后给我打电话说我的HPV疫苗只到了两针，没有第三针，问我是取消还是改时间。我都已经把三针全的付款了而且也已经到他们诊所了，突然非常肯定的说只有两针没有第三针，又说保险有问题什么的。今天早上我老公打电话给他们，他们前台员工又承认了已经全付款，并且让我准时过去打针。你们搞什么呢？怎么第三针又突然有了？你们诊所搞的这些里格楞的我们都心里有数，我的第三针去哪里了？今天给我打的第三针又是怎么来的？更好笑的是打完针以后连个绷带都不给贴了

There's no point in having an appointment because they'll still make you wait at least 2 hours to see the Dr. Their staff, especially the nurses are overworked and will misplace your folder and your name will never get called.

Thanks Helen Huynh and Dr Vo, and the nurses here, they are very professional and patient, My baby was born with their help. This is my first baby and I have no experience, but they made me feel at ease and relaxed without any anxiety, so I really appreciate them.

Although I have an appointment, I have to wait for more than 2 hours to see a doctor. I'm so confused why they can make many appointments at the same time. In pregnant time, the officer always calls me to reschedule. I have never kept the original appointment. This is the first and last time I check-up this office

Girl. Lol. I deleted my original review just to be nice to an office I used to trust for my mom, but I gotta post again. This office has a laughably incompetent staff that messed up my mom's appointment TWICE with no explanation either time and no ownership of their screw ups. They do not care. The appointment was for my mom to have a check up for pain at her incision site for a surgery Helen did a few years back. Funny how there is now trouble with a surgery performed by this office, and now dodginess from the staff as stated before, find another gyno that actually gives a f about their patients, especially if you don't wanna be waiting in the waiting room for 38 days and 39 nights.

Very professional, cooperative and active doctor who has lot of experience to treat the patient.

This is my second pregnancy and I work in the healthcare profession, not Ob, but I know enough.... this office and doctors/midlevel providers make you feel like you're just another patient they need to get through.... Front desk is kind and friendly, but the back office and doctor/NP that I had.. not so friendly. Doctor Voo was too nonchalant for me. he did a transabdominal ultrasound when I was about 6 weeks pregnant, of course you might not get much of an ultrasound... when I asked him why not a transvaginal to see if there's a heartbeat he just said "why" and then proceeded to tell me I was going to have a c-section. Didn't offer to talk to me about a VBAC or what my birth plan was. Just insisted and then left the room. The NP Jessica I believe was her name, she just walked in, didn't ask if I was having symptoms and she said if I was just go to the ED and get IV fluids. She told me I need to get the congenital testing done and when I asked her if it was optional or the reason behind it her, response "well everything you do here is optional" didn't really explain why I should get the test, which congenital disease theyre looking for, am is my baby really at risk for any...
