List of Hong Liang's Reviews
Doc's wife runs the front desk and is unprofessional and rude. She BADGERED my mom in front of all the ppl in the waiting lobby; simpy because my mom didn't want to take the Covid vaccine. Granted we have gone to their clinic several time and have had some friendly chats, but bottom line is we ain't friends chatting at home. Our personal choices and rights are none of her business and doesn't require her lectures and public shaming. We got notified by Medicare to do cervical cancer, colon cancer and lung cancer screening, Dr.Liang declined to write notes on these exams becuase it's "too much". WTF? Will be filing complaint with the state board and HIPAA.
This place is ridiculous, I wanted to find out the prices for uscis vaccination and they wanted us to pay the $80 doctor fee before telling us the price. Greedy and rude
Dr. Hong Liang has been my primary physician for nearly ten years now.I am over 70 years old and have seen by nearly dozen of internal medicine doctors, Dr. Hong Liang has been the best of all internal medicine doctors that I have visited. He has controlled my hypertension and cholesterol level extremely well. Besides, he is able to cure my ear and eye problems plus a variety of skin and health issues. He can determine my goat stone problem within 5 minute and sent me to the near-by medical center for surgery. The front desk is very efficient, friendly and professional. I always make appointments for very visits, the nurse and doctor take action even before my appointment time. It appears that it is first come first see the doctor if you do not have made appointment. Great doctor and great facility. I strongly recommend him to all of you who are reading the review.
Dr. Liang is a consumate professional. He has been our family doctor for more than fifteen years. His medical expertise is unmatched and he has diagnosed several difficult cases for us. We are fortunate to have Dr. Liang as our doctor. We highly recommend Dr. Liang.
Don't come here if you care about your life or your family's life. This doctor is probably the worst of the worst. This practice does not care about you at all, the wait takes forever and when you do see the doctor he just kicks you out the door without actually finding out what's wrong with you. All you get is a prescription that may or may not help alleviate your health issues.DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR.
Do NOT come to this doctor. The front desk is very rude and yelled at patients. I contacted them a month ago in order to make an appointment with the specialist, and both the front desk and that doctor said everything is done your appointment with the specialist is scheduled. I called several times to confirm it and got the same answers. But! When I come today they told me I cannot to for a specialist because they cannot make that appointment!
Do not come here, if you feel sick please seek medical attention somewhere that will assure your needs be met.
Great receptionists and great doctor. I've gone to Dr. Liang for years and I've always gotten the best of care. Do yourself a favor and sign up with Dr. Liang............you won't regret it!!
Just filed a grievance with my insurance company. My #1 complaint: In my opinion, THE FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST LADY is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yells at everyone who walks into the office and is very rude on the phone, constantly cuts me off and interrupts me while I'm speaking, and any calls with her wind up in a frustrating debate. She's also incompetent, confounding facts and not filing paperwork in due time. When I call to follow up if something has been completed, she'll say "next week" week after week. She is the primary reason why I switched doctors. I don't think she realizes that her job is to help patients and the doctor, to be a bridge of communications between both parties, and to make sure that things get done in a timely manner so that the doctor can render services and help people. She's the exact opporsite of this. She's a huge stonewall, and the worst receptionist I've ever encountered in my entire life. There's always a one hour wait, even if you have an appointment.I went to see Dr. Hong Liang and described my symptoms to him. He referred me to a specialist. Based on the same description that I gave Dr. Liang, the specialist immediately ordered a rush screening for a potentially life-threatening condition. Dr. Liang never screened for this. This could potentially have jeopardized my life.PROS: Pharmacy next door is extremely quick, but that's more of a reflection on the pharmacy than this doctor's office.
Doctor liang is extremely nice, I've been seeing him for over 10 years. Why would I only rate this clinic a three star? 1) because the front desk is always very rude every time I visit. 2) appointment doesn't work here, it's still first come first serve.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
