This guy and his staff are soo full of it they are not even close to helpful and very rude the guy has the nerve to yell at my grandma like what kind of so called dr does that I will make sure this place loses all of its licenses and staff aswell I wish I could give 0 stars cause they don't deserve the one I have to give

Front office staff is rude and lazy. You hardly see the dr, it’s usually a nurse practitioner. My test results came in from a laboratory and they never called me to discuss results. It was urgent and important for me to know results asap. Then when I called myself, they said they didn’t receive anything when I literally just got off the phone with the clinic who said they had sent results over 5 days before. Definitely would NOT recommend this office.

Giving this place a 1/5 only because 0 stars isn’t an option. This place has very bad customer service. Staff are rude and need to be better trained. Called to request a medicine prescription for COVID sent to my local pharmacy and after multiple times of following up with this place, I kept being told they had sent my prescription over which they hadn’t. They couldn’t even provide a prescription number and kept saying there must’ve been an issue with my pharmacy. Dr Ruiz is great but the staff at this location are not good.

The staff need better training. They are rude never call to tell you your referrals are in when they been sitting there for a week. Dr Ruiz is the best but his staff are horrible. I would give it five stars if the staff had better training and not keep someone on hold for 15 min ....

Giving them one star because they can load a syringe. They can barely use one. They can’t schedule authorizations properly and can’t even test blood pressure properly. They do not treat their clients with care. Very unprofessional office and this team cannot be trusted. That begins with Dr Ruiz and is reflected downward through the entire staff.

Dr. Ruiz and Christine improved the quality of my life! As someone with years of uncontrolled persistant asthma which previous doctors had trouble treating, Christine came up with an attack plan, ready to change on a whim for me. They listened and adjusted the medication on multiple occasion until a working formula was found. The years of sleepness nights of constantly wheezing are long gone. A sincere thank you to Dr. Ruiz and Christine for dramatically improving my health in a difficult area where others failed.

Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Mark are caring doctors who listen to their patients. I couldn't be happier with choosing them as my primary care physician. As someone who's health is not the greatest, every single worry I have, thought is put into and a carefully thought plan is made. P.S. Take all reviews of any medical place with a grain of salt, as many are simply angry with medical offices in general. Thank you Dr. Ruben Ruiz and Dr. Christine Mark!Sincerely,a happy patient

Great clinic. The doctor and staff are super nice and professional. Highly recommended.

I also needed a referral for mental advise due to Covid 19 mental advise and stress in work due to the work I do with computers which has affected me vision and focus at work, he refused and worse don't return calls. His telecommunication is not good and makes wrong conclusions in my blood and my wife lab reports . It took another doctor opinion and pharmacy technician to stop us from being scare and point where the normal range and results pointed at. He prescribes medicine (twice) with different manufacturers that you don't need... I think he is not only arrogant but swell head too. I am definitely changing doctors.Ps pharmacy also have difficulty getting calls returned from him.

I recommend this "Dr" to a friend, and I told the receptionist please my friend is having trouble for sleep, they give me fast the appointment (of course because is cash) my friend went to there and they didn't help him at all, he said to me the place looks depressing, and the Dr, care more about his own "look" than the patients , he didn't listen to him, he didn't prescribed anything, but he charge him cash , this place doesn't inspire me trust at all, be carefully when you make appointments in this place, special in this pandemic, there other doctors they will be willing to help you and understand your needs.I will give -1 start if I have the choice!Don't even try to bother to go here, save time and money.
