But the front desk said I couldn't walk-in and I have to schedule an apt. So I made an apt one month later. The second time I wanted to make an apt at 2 pm. But the office said they're off at 2:00. So I made it at 1:30. I arrived at the office at 1:10 on that day. But until 2:20 I hadn't been examed yet. I was given the excuse that some patients before me were late. But I was not late why I should wait? I hate the people who waste my time! The two doctors there are good.

Not only she does not try to help their patients she prey and be nasty to our grand parents. If they get a medical board visit hope they are not surprise why.

Okay so I been A patient here for years! Tell me why they always have bad front desk Service!? I have to say Ms. Connie is so damn rude with attitude! It really sucks to come to a office and have bad customer service at the Front Desk makes your dr visits definitely not the same very upsetting!! I'm still coming here only cuz the dr him self and Ms. Mary!

The staff all seemed annoyed that I was asking to confirm my appt or viait details. Even when I got there, it was very hostile. They honestly feel like they don't care. When I saw the doctor, he heard what I said but didn't do anything related to my issues. Also, staff encouraged me not to get vaccines, which was really bizarre. I've been at this office multiple times, and have always had negative experiences. Don't come.

Worst medical experience. I've given this office several tries, always negarive. I finally reached my breaking point and have switched. Staff were very impatient and yelling. They got annoyed at me for asking any questions or that I asked them to confirm my insurance coverage. My medical care was extremely delayed due to their lack of follow up and lack of competence. Two stars instead of 1 because some of the front desk women are fine.I believe I just got off the phone with the nurse practitioner, not 100% sure though. She yelled at me! I was simply following up a phone call I had with one of the front desk woman (she was fine) yesterday afternoon regarding adding Magnesium to my blood work request form which she agreed she would speak with Dr. Ho for me and call me back as soon as she does. Note: Dr. Ho already agreed he would let me check my Magnesium but he forgot to add it to the request form. Since the front desk woman never called back I just wanted to call to follow up. That's it.Let's just call her the nurse because she is not from the front desk nor is she the nurse practitioner (whew!) nor the doctor (thank goodness!) . She begins telling me she doesn't feel comfortable adding the Mg test because of out of pocket cost that I might have to pay. So I ask her how much it would be and that's when she went nuts! She screamed "I DON'T KNOW!". She then explained that I needed to talk with Vincent Ho again to get it approved. I then asked her if she can just talk to him because the front desk woman I spoke to yesterday already agreed she would. She then yelled at me "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU SPOKE TO. YOU NEED TO CALL BACK WHEN SHE IS IN THE OFFICE AND TALK TO HER AGAIN!". This made absolutely no sense to me because they all represent Dr. Ho and she should be able to follow up for me in her coworker's absence. Anyway, I asked again if she could could speak with him. She yelled "I CAN'T RIGHT NOW HE'S WITH ANOTHER PATIENT!". I understood and asked if she could just talk to him once he's done with the patient to which she loudly agreed and said "OK I WILL TALK TO HIM AND CALL YOU BACK LATER *hangs up*". I mean could you not have just said this from the beginning just like the front desk woman I spoke with yesterday?Yikes.

Dr. Ho office recently brought in a male practitioner who has zero patience when a patient ask questions. Per my wife, he was yelling at my wife who was asking questions related to her issues. We removed ourselves from seeing doctor Ho's office because of a bad practitioner. Dr. Ho, please watch your employees/partners because they chase away your patients. You just lost 2 patients.

The doctor is a totally liar, stay from this guy! The receptionist is very unprofessional and arrogant, waste of my time!
