Terrible bedside manner by VINH VO D.O. Rushed, rude, and crass.

First of all, the reason why I'm giving it 1-star is not only because of the wait time. Yes, wait times are bad, but that is normal with most specialists (though their wait time is abnormally longer because they accept too many patients for their own good).Once you schedule a check up with any of their 2 offices, the first thing they will tell you is to bring cash coz they don't accept cards for the copay. None of the staff are friendly. They speak too fast with heavy accents and if you politely ask to repeat, they get annoyed. I'm not pregnant. I need surgery on something not baby related and I specifically asked for a female doctor because I'm more comfortable with women since my issue is woman-related. But upon my first check up, I was given to Dr. Vo who is a man.I was like, okay. He seems cool. And he really is! He is friendly and cool!However, I feel like he didn't even try to get to the root cause of my case. Yes I know he has a LOT of patients, but that's what you get... you're just another number. I asked for other options for my case but he wouldn't listen and only wants to do what is best for him, and not for me.How do I know it's not the best for me? He never gave me any options. He said he will do open surgery to me because that is the fastest way. He literally said that. I was about to have open surgery via c-section and when asked how the recovery is going to be, he said I will be back to normal in 2 days. In TWO DAYS. I don't know what kind of magic he has for that to be possible, maybe I'm just overreacting, but that's when I knew I need to find another doctor.Maybe for pregnant people this clinic is great. They probably really specialize on pregnant women, but definitely not other cases.Also, they are so old school. No card reader which also means no possibility of having a phone check up because they can't charge you copay if they don't have a card reader. No possibility of contacting them via email either. You literally have to always go to the clinic in person even for simple things that can be done via email

Dr Vo is a great doctor!!! Dr Vo and Dr Helen (very nice as well) and their staff took care of me during my prenatal visits. Very nice person as well, he would come in with a great attitude, will answer all your questions and explain in detail everything. You can see he loves his profession. He always explained the risks and benefits of everything, and delivered my baby through Csection, and everything went very well. Very skillfull doctor, left minimal scarring, baby and I are healthy. I was walking the second day after C section with almost no pain at all. Today was my first follow up and he took the time to explain the scenarios in case i wanted to have another baby, and the rest of the recuperation process. To summarize, great and skillful doctor and Im very happy I chose to treat my pregnancy and deliver my baby with him.

Dr. Vo delivered all 3 of my babies I am so happy I chose him as my doctor he is very chill and so nice he always was okay with w.e I was comfortable with ! Amazing doctor!

Cindy is rude, doesn't care about her job (constantly texting on her phone while I was sitting there waiting for her to take my blood pressure), and does NOT know how to draw blood!! She was poking my vein around several times and hurt me so bad that I had to tell her to stop and that I would go to the lab to do it. I've done a ton of blood tests before and no one had trouble with my veins so it's her, not me. Please please DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT let her draw your blood at all cost!! Also on the day I was there, I was seen by a nurse practitioner and the front desk told me there was no doctor that day. Is that even legal??

Awesome doctor. I met doctor Vo for pre op in mid July 2018. My entire experience was very positive with the doctor and staff as well. Doctor was to the point and had very good manners. He communicated well. Although he is extremely busy but he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He did my surgery on August 2018. My results are looking good and I'm feeling so much better. Special thanks to Therese who provided excellent service.

No need for a paragraph.All I need to say is "Great Doctor!" The staff are nice too and very helpful. The wait is not bad for this amazing doctor.Thank you Dr Vo!

I went to a couple different gyn. And here has the best service in regards to answers to my questions were answered. The wait is long, but I didn't mind waiting.

There's normally a long wait but when Dr. Vo is there he moves everyone quick. He answers everything you ask. Very friendly and down to earth. Jolly doctor. He talks about his family. When I delivered my 2nd son he told me what's going to happen and what he's doing. My delivery went pretty well! I honestly didn't think it was going to be easy. FYI, his wife delivered my first son. I've been seeing them for quite awhile. They are a really friendly doctors who makes you comfortable enough where your worries are gone. I highly recommend them.

Above average. The guy is good at what he does. Communication is straight forward and he gets the job done. This place is clean and busy. A lot of customers therefore long waiting is usual.
