List of Aegis Treatment Centers Roseville's Reviews
I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I got my counselor after being here for about 2 weeks and I am extremely happy with her. First of all, when I saw she was a older woman, I was thrilled! It's difficult for most of us to take orders let alone take them from a younger person! 2nd, she's just amazing. I have been to quite a few clinics over the years and this one is the 2nd best. I say that because of bivalley and Dr John McCarthy. He is the very best there is. He's retired now so here I am and happy. If my counselor ever leaves however, I don't know.....I see in the early morning, when folks are trying to get to work, they really should have all 3 windows open. It can be frustrating sometimes and no one is at their best at 5 am!
They're such great people is a great place for those that have need of help with addiction give it a try if you are ready for change
Was doing great. Up to monthly take homes, no dirty UA's the entire time, good counseling. Unfortunately, after the pandemic restrictions lifted, the staff there has spent the last 3 months systematically taken everything away. Then I missed a day due to incompetence on their part and they turned me away. Lodging a formal complaint as soon as I can.
I see certain people having issues and hear about it as I talk to people there. I just personally have never dealt with it for whatever reason. It has tremendously helped me. Went from homeless and at the bottom to working a good job, with a house, car and all the things I couldn't seem to hold onto during my addiction. They also gave me a bunch of resources during the beginning that helped. Everyone's experience is different of course and counselors and staff are going to vary in their personality etc. If you feel you have tried everything else and without success give it a shot.. Not the best option but its a successful one if you utilize the counseling and resources and taper in good time and don't ultimately just switch addictions, which can and does happen. Overall it's a program and it isn't always easy but you got this 😁
I would have originally given a five star rating but I’ve now been in this program for a year and I’m watching the quality of service decline slowly but surely before it would’ve only taken 10 minutes to get in and out of there in the morning on the way to work this morning took almost an hour I was late to work and got written up now for me I am a single dad with no help and anything that interferes with my job is a direct threat to my household because if I lost that job I would lose everything now this is supposed to be some thing to help me get my life back in order yet they are so unorganized and inconsiderate of peoples time that it really has made me consider trying to find a better option in the last month or so I would say thisMy counselor is the best counselor that I’ve ever had however their dispensing department is in need of two more windows and a lot more discipline and needs to work on not talking so much and getting people in and out of there like they are supposed to I’m only giving three stars due to the counselors if they were not a consideration I would give zero stars
I was treated here for 3 years, they make up rules as they go was at 13 take homes to zero for 6 weeks because I wasn’t taking a prescribed medication by a physiatrist. Was at 123mg I waited to get 6 take homes and slowly tapered off methadone is the worst detox you can do withdrawals for 2 weeks. I’ve done withdrawals in jail and nothing compared to the withdrawal I went through from this place. Id recommend going to a pain clinic to get methadone pills from the pharmacy.
Great place has a dr. And counselor the ppl are very kind and lovely 😍😊
Terrible place to work super unprofessional and the manger will discriminate against you and proceed to blame it you. Extremely manipulative.
This place
I love this place. It really did save my life. I don't know where I'd be if not for aegis. I've been treated with nothing but respect here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
