Artur Henke's Online Review Report Card

Went in with a lip issue, inflamed and blistered. The doctor said it was 1) lack of vitamin c 2) lack of hydration 3) too much red meat 4) poked it 3 times with a needle to bring "blood' to the area. In extreme pain, can barely eat. This doctor needs to be sued! Went to a new dermatologist that used real science and meds. Much better now. The star system doesn't allow for negative stars, but this doctor, Please!

The PA's I've been seeing leave after a few years so I have to get use to a new doctor that doesn't know me. This is very frustrating so I'm looking for a new dermatologist for my next appointment.

Dr. Henke has been our family dermotologist for several years. Although he is sometimes insanely busy, Dr. Henke is thorough, careful and caring. He detected melanoma, for example, and saw to my care immediately. His skill taking shave and punch biopsies is excellent. His advise on topical treatments is always good and he is sensitive to budget issues on the cost of treatments.

Professional staff and clean office. Doc gets right to the point and definitely knows what he is talking about. Caught cancer on my nose that all the other providers couldn't find or didn't want to treat.

BEWARE PEOPLE. THE WORST most unprofessional inappropriate RUSHED visit ive ever had or seen with any doc in my entire life. Ive been an RN all my adult life. Yeah. THAT awful. ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!!! He bitched at me cause i wanted to be seen by him, as i had scheduled!! I dont know who or what "assistant" is. How dare he. I waited a. HOUR PAST MY APPT TIME. Little man blows in, no apologies and bitching at me. Soent maybe 4 frantic, rushed, weird minutes in room NOT total exam as i had made appt for. Then want to do 6 biopsies. He didnt even tell me that. Gal preparing them did. He told me nothing. NOT what a good doc does. I left at being told 6 biopsies and NO talk. $$$$$. LOTS of ads selling his products. Hes way overbooking, making everyone wait, to make more$$$. He needs to CARE about patients. Obvious he doesnt. I wont go back and will ck to see how much he charged fir next to nothing. Shame on u henke. . BEWARE PEOPLE.!

I waited 1 hr. In exam room . I wasnt offered a gown so dr. Could check my skin. I finally opened door to find out why i had to wait so long. She said oh i dont know. Then came back and said hes in surgery?? Do you want to reschedule? This is awful.

I do NOT trust these doctors any longer. They claim they found a squamous cell carcinoma on the side of my face. After surgery and 12 stitches, the next visit they said they did NOT get it all out. It required more surgery and 8 more stitches down the side of my face. 2 months later, they said I needed 7 new biopsies. How come they never found them 2 months earlier? Nothing but clowns working there.

Husband and both my parents saw him. They all ended up with terrible deep tissue scarring and puckering from spots he arbitrarily decided to remove. My mother ended up passing away a year later from cancer.

I dont recommend his office. They dont refund. His office doesnt know anything. They easily charge the patients but dont give them a refund. They took double the amount for my 1 visit. They charged from me and my insurance paid them. Now they dont want to refund me. Very unprofessional behavior.

First I tried to make an appointment and they asked for my insurance number and they told me someone would get back to me. It was already a month or 2 and still no call from them so I decided to call them back and ask why has no one called they said they are not sure why. We finally had gone to our appointment so the Dr prescribed a antibiotic for my daughter that day so we went to the pharmacy they said the prescription was never sent so I called and left a message with the person in charge of the prescription and no call back again. Two weeks later I called again and they told me that I never gave them the place where we wanted the prescription to be filled. Ok but I did tell them.They couldn't call me and ask me where it should be sent. There office has to be the most horable place to deal with and I will take my business somewhere else then to have to deal with this incompetent and unorganized place
