Dr Van Housen is very caring and competent and good with follow through. He really seems to want to make a difference. I can't ask for more.

I called to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Brent Van Hoozen after a diagnosis of COPD. The lady at there central scheduling office was extremely rude and proceed to tell me Dr. Van Hoozen is booked for the next three months as well as all the other doctors in the office other than two of them in which I do not care to schedule with when I asked to make an appointment three months from now she said they did not have the schedule up that far ahead and would not put me on a waiting list. The Sutter website says Dr. Van Hoozen is accepting new patients maybe they should change it to not excepting new patients. I was really hoping to see him. Disappointing
