List of Comprehensive Cancer Clinic: Sutter Roseville Medical Center's Reviews
I try hard to stay away from hospitals, but if you have to be here, there are some amazing people on staff. Courtney and Ken in TNICU have such big hearts. Katie, the musician, is so gifted. She plays the harp and sings. Today, she played Somewhere over the Rainbow. She is an angel. The facility is very nice. The atrium areas are beautiful and perfect for reflection. I especially liked the one with the succulent garden.
Would not let me (parent) of my 19 year old daughter go into the ultrasound room with her to do an ultrasound. They said they never let anyone except the patient go in, if they are not a minor. Unbelievable. In situations like this patients need to be able to have their advocate with them. Especially in the case of an emergency!! This hospital also tries to PUSH injectable unnecessary drugs. I have been here with two different people over the last few months for different reasons (allergic reaction, abdominal pain) and both times they have tried to over medicate. They wanted to do an unnecessary epinephrine injection in an allergic reaction that was already getting better. And an unnecessary IV "just in case". And one of the male nurses there actually rolled his eyes and said "again??" when we asked to speak to the doctor about the necessity of a medication and the side effects (which he was unable to tell us anything about). Be very, very careful if you go here...they are always in favor of doing more interventions than necessary. Oh, and the visit where I asked questions and got attitude from the male nurse tried to charge the person $1200 for just being there for a few hours under observation and taking one oral allergy pill (also pushed and unnecessary). What would they have charged if they'd done everything they wanted to do? If it's a slow night they try to do more because they are bored!! I am not a person who writes negative reviews, but in this case it's about protecting yourself and being safe. Be careful people!!
If you want half decent care DO NOT get doctor Worth. His name should be doctor Worthless. Chest pains, shortness of breath, and passing out are apparently not emergency symptoms which he kept repeating with a smile on his face not letting me explain my symptoms and how it feels or occurs. The worst bedside manner I have ever seen. The RN we were talking to after was very nice and apologetic. He informed us that we would not be able to change doctors, but helped us get proper tests going. If the RN reads this. Keep going with medicine, you will go far! If Worthless reads this, please leave the medical field. You do not possess the bedside manner or medical knowledge to be as cocky as you are and should leave this field immediately. Car sales may work out well for you. Update: 4 hours later being admitted because of results of a test that came in 3:30 hours before. AVOID DOCTOR WORTHLESS
I debated going to the ER because I am stubborn but I am glad I did. The staff got me in right away and got me pain meds, iv, and tests going left and right. The team of doctors and surgeons working on making me better are phenomenal. We are thankful for the level of knowledge and dedication from these amazing women and men and for making sure our family goes back to normal as soon as possible. Still a long ways to go but I am extremely pleased with the care that I received thus far.
Set Roseville Maine Hospital. I was to have surgery for my spine on 10/14/25 the main hospital could not come up with a price. they were all over the place. it went from 880,000 to 115,000 then changed it to 271,000 I was working with Denise T. She would relay her information to somebody else to call me. She never called me back then I started getting calls from Jeffrey J and he gave me 552,000 but my cost would probably be 276,000. He said just have the surgery and we'll work with you after who on earth would do that.. I am not a member of Sutter, so it was a self-pay, but they could not get it together so I had to go somewhere else. Worst service I ever seen everybody that called me to register at the hospital. Didn't know how to put in the codes for my surgerywith the plan I had. this was over the course of a week and I'm in tremendous pain so I had to go somewhere else and cancel my appointment.
If you have to go the hospital this one is absoutely the best! The nurses and staff were very caring and nice. Dr. Shahi did my back surgery and I am so happy with the surgery and this doctor. I have no pain anymore and so much more mobility.
Went to ER this morning at 2am. I was shocked that nobody was in the ER lobby. Great service, great staff. Everyone cared and had a smile on their face.
I was recently admitted to Sutter Roseville Medical Center after a car drove into mine at high speed without his lights on. My review is for the trauma unit.... I was pulled into the trauma unit and and quickly accessed for my injuries. My friend not that far away from me. Both of us had neck collars on, so we didn't know reach other was near by. There were about 6-10 people around us poking and prodding, checking out vitals, our eyes, how conscious we were. Every staff member around us took amazing care of us and let us know along the way what they were about to do next, asking about our pain level. The amount of care that I felt was more than I have ever had in my life, but given the situation, was necessary. I fortunately did not break any bones and did not lose consciousness when the accident occurred. I am full of bumps and bruises, back aches and neck pain. The headaches.... I am so thankful for this trauma unit and how nice everyone was and how fast they acted checking for anything major. Roseville Sutter Medical Center is an amazing hospital. They have amazing staff. I would know after being here so much, not only for myself, but for my family as well. They have shown hard work, dedication, and sympathy for my family and me in the last few years. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
Sutter Roseville Medical Center is an amazing organization. They have taken such incredible care of our family. We love our physicians and nurses! Special shout out to; Dr. Jaspreet Dhillon, Dr. Mark Lam, The Infusion Center, Imaging team, Nursing Staff, Debra Ayes RN, Kathryn Opalenik NP,The entire team at Building 8. Thank you
Hands Down the best Hospital (Roseville) in California in my opinion. This hospital is professional, caring, and not treated as a number. Before you go to the hospital have your facts, medical records straight, and get to the point otherwise you will be wasting time. The emergency room well its pack nothing can be done about that. However once you are seen and evaluated, admitted the process runs smoother. Just have patience and you will be taken care of. Thank You Roseville Sutter if I could give 10 Stars I would.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
