Dr Daniel Carlton is the worse. I’ve been going here to just get my ears cleaned for over 10 years with Dr Macri. So sad he retired. Seen Carlton once and never again. Such an easy procedure and he didn’t even clear out my ears and left me in so much pain. He seemed annoyed and in a rush what a terrible doctor. Request any other Dr then him.

Dr. Carlton is very nice and kind. We appreciated how he explained everything to us, and allowed for questions. His answers were clear and understandable.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Nice staff and nurse but he was the absolute worst. He acted like he barely had time for me and was being inconvenienced by the questions I asked which I obliviously wouldn't know the answers to since I was there to see him. All of his responses were incredibly condescending and I can see that is probably an approach he uses to intimidate his patients or get them to be quiet. He performed a chemical nose cautery for nosebleeds and now my nose is much much worse, Not only do I still have persistent nosebleeds, I now cannot breath through my right nostril AT ALL and he left a sizable black stain on the outside of my nose on the bottom that looks like I colored my nose with a magic marker. I didn't realize the stain until I got home so I gave the office a call to see if this was normal. His response was it will go away eventually... Could he give me a time frame? No, he literally said he couldn't.. Also, when would I be able to breathe again in my right nostril? His response was not until I have nasal surgery. My next question was then why did you even do the cautery? He said to reduce the nosebleeds. (which did not reduce them at all). I know this is a very detailed account but I feel like people need to know how terrible he is so they do not waste their time and possibly come out with a worse result then where they started. I have heard of arrogant condescending doctors with no bedside manner but at least their redeeming quality is that they actually are quite good at what they do and produce good results. In this case Dr. Daniel Carlton has neither a good bedside manner nor is competent at his job.
