Kayla Elliott is absolutely great she's helped me so much n I'm looking forward to her help in the future. The entire Staff was excellent, that is, the person who initially came by my dwelling, the Caregiver and billing department.FirstLight Home Care... they've responded very well to my needs. 😎

Kayla of FirstLight has started providing home care for us after one of us had back surgery and the other is partially handicapped.We are very pleased with her service, and her bright, cheerful, helpful attitude. A very capable person, and pays attention to details.We highly recommend her and FirstLight.

I can not say enough about the caregivers that came and took care of my husband. He was treated with dignity and respect. I give a big shout out to Hanna, Raja and Oscar. They were not only here for my husband but all 3 were a great support for my daughter and myself. We could not have ask for better caregivers. Those 3 went above and beyond my expectations!

We needed immediate caregiving for my mother who lives with us. I searched through Google reviews and found First Light. They were able to do an intake within 48 hours and provide assistance very quickly. On the first day of service, we had the perfect caregiver for my mom. We use only once a week service and First Light is very flexible. Highly recommended caregiving service.

I told our Caregiver, Kennedy, today that as I counted my blessing as I went to sleep she was high on the list just under my husbands improving health. She is personable, warm, observant, and proactive. Thank you First Light Home Care for sending her to us.

It’s tough finding excellent caregivers that want to work the weekends. Again, we had a last minute cancellation from another care agency and FirstLight was able to provide an excellent caregiver named Hannah. Arriving on time, she was excited to tell me she lived a few streets over, which made this job very convenient. After a quick tour of the house Hannah stepped up to the plate and cared for Mom in a kind and gentle way. Hannah has a wonderful smile and loving personality that shines through. Mom responded to Hannah immediately with a smile! Hannah has returned many times and gets bonus points for pushing Mom to the local neighborhood park for fresh air and watching the kids play and helping me out with Mom when she was not scheduled!! My regular Monday-Friday gal has been with me for a year and is very caring and punctual and thoughtful. She is a good representation for your company. The women who now works in this office is rude and mean spirited. I don’t know why there was a change but I have to say Pang was the sweetest women anyone could have ever met.

Liana is an amazing caregiver. She took the time to find out what was important to my Dad. It was evident from her first day with my Dad she had his best interest at heart.
