List of Kaiser Permanente Radiation Oncology Center's Reviews
Bad/no communication, poor and inconsistent billing, uncaring doctors, no privacy, no consistent staffing, old equipment, mean staff, no one can answer questions without asking someone else. Just awful.
This review is for outpatient ob services. This place deserves 0 stars, but yelp won't allow me to leave that kind of review so this will do. I'm a nurse and having my second baby. This is my fourth bad experience which has prompted this review. As someone who doesn't use their insurance, basic ob care should be something that is a given. The intake appt was rescheduled not once but twice in the same day, causing me to rearrange my schedule. They clearly don't communicate because when it was rescheduled the second time the person calling wasn't aware?! It just continued from there. My first appointment was with Megan Sunga, the most unpleasant NP with no bedside manner and the worst attitude I've ever experienced. If you hate your job so much then don't do it because it's apparent you are not doing something you love and that's fine because there are a lot of other people who would gladly take it. The second appointment I had was cancelled less than one hour prior and was told there wasn't any appts for a month out, awesome. Luckily, complaining gets you a visit sooner, sad but true. The final straw was for my 20 week growth scan, I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. Unfortunately, Kaiser is my employer and if I wasn't covered by them, I'd have dropped my benefits and looked elsewhere for care but since that isn't an option, I'll continue my care, in Rancho Cordova or Sacramento where both experiences have been nothing short of amazing and all clinicians have been kind and professional.
I NEVER KNEW KAISER HAD AN URGENT CARE. It was fantastic! I made an appointment. Wait was 5 min or less. I got in. I got seen. I got taken care of and left. It was perfect.
I took myself to the ER because I wasn't feeling well. It wasn't very busy at the time, but I ended up being there all day and then staying for three days at Mercy San Juan, where Kaiser rents out rooms. The staff was truly incredible--I owe them so much. They took excellent care of me and checked in often to make sure I was okay. If it weren't for them, I probably wouldn't even be able to write this. They deserve nothing but respect for the hard work and care they provide, and I'm deeply grateful.
I refuse to leave the parking lot of Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center before I express my unwavering gratitude for one of the pharmacy technicians here (specifically Eureka pharmacy A). My son has a very specific type of congenital glaucoma that can very quickly lead to blindness if not maintained by medication. Ninu (apologies for any spelling inaccuracy) was empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. She used her resources to ensure I would not leave without the medication my son needed. During such a cold time in this society she single handedly reassured my faith in our healthcare system and basic human decency. Thank you Ninu, for all of your hard work and compassion. My family and I are eternally grateful for people like you.
I'm disappointed in their departure from their integrated model. My orthopedic doctor (partners with Kaiser in my plan) agreed that knee injections were a good choice for me. I've been denied knee injection coverage for two years by Kaiser. I don't need a knee replacement. Then my appeal was approved by way of Maximus. Then again - after very successful injections (!) - I received word that Kaiser sought an appeal to the decision. What the what? It feals like a Trump running his silly cases through the courts.
Dear Kaiser Roseville Cardiology Lab Team, I am writing to express my sincerest and deepest gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent visit/procedure in your lab on or around [Date of your procedure or visit]. My experience, which involved [Briefly mention the procedure or reason for your visit, e.g., a stress test, a cardiac catheterization, or an unexpected emergency visit], was made significantly easier and more reassuring thanks to the entire team. I want to specially commend the staff for their [Choose 2-3 qualities, e.g., professionalism, kindness, expertise, calm demeanor, or clear communication]. Especially Daniel Sanchez For taking time... when I was in recovering... Daniel was very patient with me... and explained everything that I needed to know, about my procedure... He took the time to make me comfortable... I know it is his job... but he went beyond, and took the time helping me and my husband with any needs or concerns.... The Doctors and nursing staff on 2nd floor for my room 2015 thank you very much... you we're very patient with me... I loved my nurses... and student nurses... they very kind and concerted.... please forgive me I do not remember there names... but stay was Nov.18-21,2025
Kaiser services just went from good to worse! They are supposed to be the crème de la crème of the healthcare industry, but their services are getting really bad. if you are sick and you can’t go out of your house, you should have an option to call or request for an E visit. Unfortunately, none of those are already available because they’re always at capacity. It’s a shame that you pay good premium for your insurance and you get poor service. You should be better in providing healthcare services. You are already known to treat your employees bad please do not do it for your clients because without us you are going to lose everything. So you guys better step up. Shame.
It is socialized medical care and disgusting how they treat people! My elderly mother was in ER for 18 hr care and then admitted to the hospital which is overflow with curtains, no bathroom, nor sink. The care my 85 year old mother is receiving is subpar and it reminds me of a county hospital on Tv but worse!
5 out of 5 would definitely recommend my friends come here. Recently had the opportunity to atay at this all - inclusive resort. My friends wife was like you bp is 190 over 120, you need to go to the a ER. The checkin nurse yelled at me and told me to take thing seriously. They were quick brought be back within 5 mjnutes.explained to the doc why my friends were so paranoid and had to come in. None of my friends could imaging e living in a world without me. They stucl bme in a roomand pumped me full of drugs. I told them if the want thr could just crush the amlodipine and I'd be happy to snkltrt a cluple line and we'd be back tonormal real quick. But they insisted on intervenljs drug use. And Iblike to partty. Alent tbe nkght in the er and the icu. Shout to my two fave ER nurse catie and julia loce tlh fkrl,1! All of the staff hwre was top rier. I never had a doubt that the rifhr decisions weren't bein g made.44

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
