List of Kaiser Permanente Radiation Oncology's Reviews
Bad/no communication, poor and inconsistent billing, uncaring doctors, no privacy, no consistent staffing, old equipment, mean staff, no one can answer questions without asking someone else. Just awful.
I refuse to leave the parking lot of Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center before I express my unwavering gratitude for one of the pharmacy technicians here (specifically Eureka pharmacy A). My son has a very specific type of congenital glaucoma that can very quickly lead to blindness if not maintained by medication. Ninu (apologies for any spelling inaccuracy) was empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. She used her resources to ensure I would not leave without the medication my son needed. During such a cold time in this society she single handedly reassured my faith in our healthcare system and basic human decency. Thank you Ninu, for all of your hard work and compassion. My family and I are eternally grateful for people like you.
I'm disappointed in their departure from their integrated model. My orthopedic doctor (partners with Kaiser in my plan) agreed that knee injections were a good choice for me. I've been denied knee injection coverage for two years by Kaiser. I don't need a knee replacement. Then my appeal was approved by way of Maximus. Then again - after very successful injections (!) - I received word that Kaiser sought an appeal to the decision. What the what? It feals like a Trump running his silly cases through the courts.
Kaiser services just went from good to worse! They are supposed to be the crème de la crème of the healthcare industry, but their services are getting really bad. if you are sick and you can’t go out of your house, you should have an option to call or request for an E visit. Unfortunately, none of those are already available because they’re always at capacity. It’s a shame that you pay good premium for your insurance and you get poor service. You should be better in providing healthcare services. You are already known to treat your employees bad please do not do it for your clients because without us you are going to lose everything. So you guys better step up. Shame.
Do not sign on with KP if you want actual healthcare.
Review of Kaiser Permanente’s Business Practices After nearly 35 years as a Kaiser customer, my wife and I have experienced service that has ranged from adequate to deeply disappointing. Over time, it has become increasingly clear that Kaiser’s priorities lean more toward profit than toward genuine patient care or customer loyalty. Each interaction seems to reinforce the feeling that long-term members are taken for granted rather than valued. Most recently, upon transitioning to Medicare—a milestone I’ve worked hard to reach—I was informed that Kaiser would be canceling my wife’s insurance because we were “no longer doing it together.” This forced her to find a separate plan at a higher cost, effectively erasing any savings I had gained through Medicare. This policy feels not only unfair but also predatory, especially toward loyal customers who have invested decades in your system. Kaiser’s handling of this situation has left me both disheartened and disillusioned. A company that claims to care about health should also care about the well-being and trust of its members. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that respect for the customer is no longer part of Kaiser’s business model.
Kaiser adds Delta Care dental insurance. Problem is no one excepts DELTA CARE. I called six different dental offices in Roseville Ca and NONE OF THEM accepts it. PAR FOR THE COURSE. GLAD I HAVE INSURANCE THAT IS NO GOOD.
you really can't trust your safety or health to an organization which employs people who think political assassination is okay.
Very careless, uncaring treatment. I just drove across town for an appointment that was scheduled with a Kaiser representative, only to find out that the service was not available. Inexcusable!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
