List of Keep It Off Medical Weight Loss - Roseville's Reviews
Keep it off suddenly closed its doors with less than 24 hours notice leaving me and hundreds of others hanging in a very low calorie diet! Even staff were shocked!
This is a very unhealthy weight loss program. You must pay over $700/mos for their shakes which restrict calories to a horrific 700-800 calories/day. This does nothing to address eating disorders and is a temporary fix. I asked if I could do the program but not buy shakes and was told no as rapid weight loss was the focus. When I said I wasn’t interested in rapid weight loss as it disrupts hormones and metabolism, I was pretty much cutoff. Not to mention you will be turned away if you show up to the office to talk to someone after never hearing back. You will be told the office is only accessible to paying customers. It’s 1000% a money making scheme.
Best program over all. I've tried many but only lost weight and consistently with this program. The people involved PA, nutrition etc. To the people behind the counter as you go in are all excellent, kind and helpful. The meal replacement is good ( there are many to choose from and there are some I didn't like but enough good ones). This program is worth the investment in yourself. You will be glad you decided to spend money on it. My insurance paid for everything but the meals. The app you have to use is a bummer. It is frustrating and awful and hopefully they will fix it. But ask yourself what's it worth to lose the weight that you want too lose and become a more healthy you?
Thank you to the helpful staff at Keep It Off for kicking off my weight loss. After 3 weeks, I lost 10 pounds. Unfortunately, I found the program to be a bit too restrictive for my lifestyle (and costly). There's no cheating on this program and some days you just a need a day off. That being said the structure is amazing and the food isnt too bad (much better than Medifast or Optifast). My only recommendation would be to have staff in the office that can manage a blood draw. The MA's seemed inexperienced and told me I had "weird veins" then compared hers to mine ("see how mine are?"). I saw two different MA's and neither could manage even...with a butterfly. Not the best way to start, but Quest had no problem. I guess they're better with weird veins. :)
All the drs and staff here are Awesome! I'm so happy that I went and started this program best decision. Thank you all for your support.
Everyone is so nice and friendly. I have received 100% support from staff and members that are on the diet with me. It works.
My struggle to manage my weight has been lifelong but the Center has provided me with skills, information & nutritional education all along. The Nutritional instructors all are totally prepared & fully supportive of all my needs to manage my weight. I wasted much time on diet fads of all kinds. So if your serious about managing your weight but more importantly your health call the Center today to find out how you will find success at The Hernreid Center!
When nothing else would work THIS program has!! 5 weeks into the program and 20 pounds gone!! The staff is so helpful from the front desk to the nurses to the Behavioral Educators, you are supported 100%! So thankful I found this program!!
Do be careful with The Hernrid Center. I was on the diet for 4 months and the good part is it does work. My concern is during the national situation with people not being able to work you see the true what The Henried Center is all about. It is all about your money. I received a call yesterday from The Henried Center on a bill. It was the first they had ever told me about the bill. I was accurate of lying to them. As I tried to fill in some questions I was yell at "Shut the F... - up" Dr. Henried Center had no interest in working through the misunderstanding. They wanted what they wanted, my money, no matter what. I have a feeling during this time of people being very uncertain about the employment Dr. Henried is doing much better financially than most of his clients. personally being overweight my self-image is not the best and you want your diet provider to be a safe place. The Hernried center will be that as long as you do what they like. If you don't, at least in my case, personally attack and tear you apart. I see telemedicine a good option but I also see Dr. Henried Center doing this to get every bit out of your they can during this tough time. The program works just be careful their motivation behind the program it seems to be 100% profit-driven
I have tried to get an appointment but no one returns calls. The 'we will return your call within 24 hours' is a blatant lie. A co-worker recommended this place and my doctor gave it a thumbs up, but they just don't want any more business evidently.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
