My elderly father fell and hit his head. We went to the Sutter Urgent Care in Roseville. They were able to get him in a timely manner. They requested a CT scan to make sure he was ok. So other than a few stitches he was fine.The doctor was very kind and also checked other issues he had before leaving.

First time here. The front desk was quick and simple. The Dr was very helpful in the issue I had and the nurse was equally helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to return here if I ever needed to.

Pulled my shoulder real bad and my experience was nothing short of A+ here at the Sutter Urgent Care. I feel taken care of. (Funny getting older)

I had a very serious infection in my arm and the staff cared for me and my wife with love and attention. The Nurse on duty actually had to steady me into a chair as I nearly passed out. It’s disappointing to see such a low review of such a hard working group of care providers. Thank you Sutter Urgent Care!

One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Friendly staff, expert providers, and efficient operations. Was in and out in less than 1-2hours.

Don’t bother with the urgent care, especially for an X-ray. They use the same radiologist at the hospital ER, which gets priority over the urgent care. Your wait will be the same several *hours* and at least you’ll get an MD at the ER vs the urgent care’s two family medicine MDs or two PAs. The front desk staff are rude, unhelpful, and lack empathy. UC Davis Clinics are a gigantic step ahead of Sutter.

I've been here twice the past week and a few times before that, I've never had a single problem. Nicest staff, smart nurses and doctors, didnt even have a horrible wait time. It's a lot harder to get positive reviews than negative, so I dont think a 2.6 star average is remotely accurate.

Front desk was horrible. I told them I was late due to a crash on the freeway slowing me down and they just spoke down to me and told me I couldn't be seen anymore. Unprofessional. No courtesy. I drove here all the way from Davis just to be treated like trash. Never coming again.
