Appointment was taken sooner than planned, excellent service.

Excellent, efficient, quick in and out, went in with a scheduled appointment for our toddler daughters annual flu vaccine, we were in and out in less then 15 minutes. Clean, up to date facility with staff that shows empathy and a sense of wanting to be there who seem to take pride in doing a superb job. That is getting harder to find in todays post-pandemic world. They seem to value your time. Keep up the good work staff & Sutter Heath! 👍🏽

Our family has used this location several times over the last few years, including multiple times in 2021 (flu shot, school sports physical, strep test at which time the provider also did a COVID test at the time, just to rule it out). It is so clean and so convenient. Parking is simple either right in front or in the broader Nugget Market parking lot. We even use the eZ arrival feature on Sutter's My Health Online app which notifies reception that we've arrived once we get within, I believe, a mile of the clinic (have to have locations services turned on for the app). The medical assistant greets you up front and is the one who takes you back to the exam room for vitals/etc. After that you see either a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Care providers have always be so thorough and compassionate. Before this one opened (which is closer drive for us) we used the Sutter Walk-In Care on Foothills. A few times we have just "walked right in" and were seen straight away, but that has been what have probably been their less busy time periods. Most of the time, we either use the My Health Online app or the Sutter Health website to book an appointment. It's important to know that you book the appoint on the same day. One time I did so just after midnight, so I could get in right when the opened. Other times it has been when our kids wake up sick or are under the weather during the day, then I just book an appointment for a few hours later. So grateful to have this every day option, with hours that stretch into the evening. One other note, with our insurance, our visits are $20 (same as a normal doctor's office visit).

Terrible. Waited over 90 minutes for my toddlers appointment. They let multiple people ahead of me who's appointments were after ours. They were understaffed for sure but wish more consideration would have been given for my time, especially with a small child.

There might be sometimes when you might get a nurse or staff member who is not top notch; but that seems to be the exception not the rule; there's bad apples in every bunch but ... Keep up the good work staff & Sutter Heath!

I have been to this location twice. Both times I used the app to make theappointment and really never had to wait.  I received excellent care and fast service.  The clinic seems very new and clean.  I highly recommend.

I went here for a uti test and was helped right away. Karla gave me my results and talked through everything with me for what to do next. She was very thorough, friendly and compassionate. Overall I  was very satisfied with my experience here!

Brought my daughter in on a Friday and was told she would get her results Sunday and have not got them. Called Monday and still no results and now was told 3-5 days. You shouldn’t tell someone they will get it on a specific day if it’s not going to happen. Now have to take days off work and have my daughter miss school waiting for results we should of got back by now. Do not recommend this place

First two visits very impressed with efficiency and friendliness..went third time today and was blown away by the unfriendliness, and wait time...27 minutes in a room waiting, not at all appropriate. Was so disappointed in this visit, no personal contact, never even checked my birthdate, never used my name. A huge step down from the Sutter I have ever experienced. I did have an appointment, and showed up 15 minutes before time.

I was having lots of sinus pressure and sore throat with bad cough. I needed to see a doctor.I settled on a place near my home.I walked in and Emily was there to meet me. She was so friendly. Sat me in a room and took my vitals. Emily left the room and said a provider would be in shortly.It wasn’t 1 minute before an NP, Julie (Hunt?) walked in. I could tell she was smiling at me behind her mask. She asked me how my day was. When i told her, not so good, she said “well lets get you feeling better.” I thought that was so sweet.We went over all my symptoms, she listened to me talk about my kids, we even discussed some pop culture. She never made me feel rushed. I felt heard.I may just make Julie my new primary care doctor. BahahahaHighly recommend Sutter on pleasant Grove. Great service!
