Medical professional never introduced herself. Immediately began a soapbox on vaccines, which was completely unrelated to my visit, and then completely brushed off my symptoms.

I went in for an appointment took a COVID test and they didn’t even offer me the flu shot I had to ask for it even though it’s flu season not only that they never called me to tell me if my COVID test was positive or negative I had to call.

Not only they waisted my time, they were rude in their explanations and totally unprofessional, questionning me actually for their mistakes. I m never coming to this place again!

Made an online appointment due to bladder infection and the service was excellent. The PA was informative and took her time to explain everything. I did get a call back about my previous issues with the appointment system.

I love this Sutter Walk-in clinic! It's so clean, the staff is wonderful and I love that they can always get me in that day! So convenient and easy when you have an unexpected health issue arise. I recently was having ear pain and what I was sure was a pretty bad ear infection. I saw Jeanette Plunkett, PA and she was awesome! She is so knowledgeable and really helped me so much. Not only did she spend extra time explaining everything, she put me at ease and went above and beyond!

Requested appointment through the online app for an immunization. Sent the request an hour before they opened on Wednesday for any time that day. They did not even read the email until after 11:30. I never heard from them. No phone call, no message, no email. Made an online appointment at Walgreens and got in immediately. Why offer appointments made online if you don't have any follow through? Many aspects of Sutter have gone downhill in quality in recent years. Very sad!!!

This place used to be awesome, but due to Covid they really don't have much in the way of services anymore. They can't even use a stethoscope anymore. If you are wanting a flu shot your in luck, but that's about it. As always, the people are really nice, I feel bad for them not being able to do much anymore to help people.
