I don't know why this is listed as Permanently Closed. It has not been closed. It is open Sunday to Saturday including holidays. Would whomever is responsible for posting the hours of operation please correct it? This is a very nice facility and the nurses and assistants are all wonderful. Shout out to the ladies at the front desk who are always there to help. Everyone is friendly and professional.

I used to come here for iron infusions. Now I am pregnant and come here twice a week for hydration; due to having hypermesis gravidium. This place is also where chemo patients come. The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Front desk are quick to check you in, and try their best to give you an appointment that works for you. A huge thank you to everyone who works here.

The phone number listed is the surgical floor, don't call them. After trying to talk to 3 different people who were incredibly rude, I don't think I'll be choosing them for care of any kind. Why would anyone who has cancer want to be treated that way on top of everything else they're dealing with. Shameful.

Dedicated building for Oncology and Cancer treatment. Third floor is exclusively allocated for physician consultation. Second floor is for infusion treatment. Looks like they do infusion treatment even on Weekends! This is a big deal and very convenient for lot of patients. Looks like the facility has almost 50 infusion chairs and on a busy day they do treatment for 100 to 120 patients. RN mentioned that this is probably the biggest facility in Bay Area and Sacramento combined.

I have seen multiple oncology physicians in the Sutter network, and I have had wonderful experiences with them all. I was diagnosed with stage 3c triple negative breast cancer 2 years ago, and decided on a very aggressive treatment plan. Dr Nitin Rohatgi is my primary Oncologist, Dr Lisa Guirgis is my surgical Oncologist, and Dr Lynn Hackert is my plastic surgeon for breast reconstruction. They all are wonderful and have given me so much in terms of care, comfort, reassurance, and tools to get through a shocking diagnosis at a young age. I highly recommend the Sutter Oncology group. They saved my life and are truly a wonderful team.

Today was my scheduled Chemo day. Irena is awesome. She met me with a big smile and a positive attitude. She made sure I was comfortable as I began the 5 1/2 hour Chemo session. I wasn't sure if this Chemo Protocol I was supposed to fast. Unfortunately I half way through the Chemo session I started feeling nauseous. Irena provided cheese sticks and saltens to help me feel better. Then she provided a warm blanket. I felt so much better after her professional care. I how I get her for my next week Chemo appt. Very caring and attentive. I highly recommend her. Ask for her to be scheduled for your next appointment. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

This location is set up to be an all one stop shop for cancer patient's and their families whom care for them. First floor is Sutter Sierra Surgery Center where they offer up to 23 hour stays for patients obtaining surgical care. It is this floor that there is also a huge conference room and soon to be home for the institute for health and healing care team (The presently live on the 3rd floor at this time). The second floor is where one will find the infusion department for patient's in treatment. the top floor is where you will find a team of caring individuals ready to provide the best care and support for your loved one. Here lives Medical Oncology as well as integrative oncology, temporary housing for institute of health and healing as well as thoracic and breast oncology surgeons; including but not limited to reconstruction related to breast cancer mastectomies. The staff and doctors are superior in their excellent patient care and take pride in what they give back to their patients in doing so.

Very nice and smiling staff with personal touch. It's always great to find sincere staff in medical facilities when you are going through tough times. Also a nice and clean place.
