I’ve been seen by her several times in ICU. She takes the time to listen and understand your struggles. When my trach was put in I couldn’t stand the pain meds they made me itch. I’m not one for heavy pain meds. She listened and put me on something else that didn’t give me the side effects. I feel like she knows how bad the TBM is. She listened to me when I said I needed a home bipap and she said the hospital loans them out to bad her partner who works in the ICU didn’t listen. But Dr Walker listened to me when I said that ketamine works. She didn’t push medication on me that had proven over and over not to work like a lot of doctors do. Heck she didn’t push anything on me or say my TBM is all in my head like dr aghili her partner does. I look up to Dr Walker. She’s kind compassionate hard work ethic Empathetic just overall a good doctor to have on your side. She’s the only ICU doctor I will allow to treat me if I EVER go back to Sutter Roseville.
