List of Well Being Health Center & Extreme Weight Loss's Reviews
Hi my name is Randolf and I've been seeing Dr. Brian Van Wagenen for 2 months and I'm really happy with the results. They're knowledgeable, professional, and always take the time to listen to my concerns. The adjustments have made a big difference in my pain levels and overall well-being. The office is clean, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Brian and his clinic Well being Chiropractic & Health Center if you're looking for quality chiropractic care.
I can't recommend Well Being Chiropractic enough! I suffer from chronic pain in my upper body and have seen more than 6 chiropractors to date. NO ONE compares to Doctor as he adjusts based on what your body is saying unlike most chiropractors that just do the same thing every time. Not to mention his staff is WONDERFUL! They truly treat their patients like family, whenever i'm in the area i make sure to see him as i ALWAYS feel so much better leaving. Just today I came in feeling like an 8/10 on the pain scale and im now leaving feeling like a 4/10. Please do yourself a favor and book an appointment if you're experiencing any kind of body discomfort I promise you won't be disappointed!
Dr VW was absolutely wonderful to me. I got into a car accident and him as well as his staff took care of me to the best of their ability. The office was clean, calming, and soothing to be in. Staff as always accommodating to my schedule and Dr was always the best to be around. They 100%, without a doubt, will have my business again.
Since I've been coming to the Wellbeing Chiropractic Center the physical therapy has helped me tremendously. I appreciate the time and care I receive from Dr. Brian and his wonderful team. I can honestly say that receiving treatment from the Wellbeing Chiropractic Center is worth every penny because you can't put a price tag on your health. So if you're seeking to upgrade your self care, I highly recommend getting chiropractic services from the Wellbeing Chiropractic Center.
I have heard good and bad things about the science and long term effects of chiropractic. When I first noticed numbness in the bottom of my feet, I went straight to conventional medicine, but tests and Dr appointments were couldn't be scheduled for months. On the other side, Dr Van Wagagenen had me in the week I spoke to him, had my spine X-ray and 6 adjustments in before my first medical appointment. In this world where you can't really get the conventional care you need in a timely manner, I'm grateful there are places like this that can work with you right away. I would suggest keeping an open mind throughout treatment. They use a combination of machines, adjustments and herbals to get you right. The staff is great and the hours are such that i can go in without greatly impacting my work schedule. It takes time but I did see periods of restoration of feeling in my feet and legs and reduced discomfort.
I am blow away at how amazing this office and this doctor is. I have been seeing him for 5+ years and I am so thankful for the time and attention the office and doctor has put into my care. To address other "bad reviews", I am just blown away that these people are complaining at the doctor wanting to be thorough.. I work in health care and it amazes me how patients may have clear expectations of what they want but have absolutely no idea as to what goes into that problem being fixed. I am grateful that Dr. Van doesn't just adjust but wants to be thorough enough to make sure what he is doing actually is part of the issue (through x-rays). I guess I just genuinely feel that my doctor is taking his job seriously and wants to have all the information before doing any adjusting. I have been so happy at this clinic for the past 5 years. I was first treated for back pain and now get seen through my pregnancy to help with pelvic and hip pain. My husband also sees him and we have loved being patients at this office. This doctor really cares about the well being of his patients. Don't be put off by the bad reviews because those people are looking for quick fixes that don't exist.
Can I give no stars? Listen to all the 1 star reviews here they are not wrong. I came in with a specific injury, I expressed very clearly my expectations, instead I keep getting offered these special offers about back pain relief and sound wave technology. The amount of times the X-rays for my back were "suggested" while coming in for a knee complaint is incomprehensible. Severely disappointed. Just lucky I left with only spending $50 which was supposed to be a "deal" for the "examination" of symptoms I knew I already had. Are chiropractors supposed to be salesmen? Or doctors invested in the well being for the patients?
Where do I start... I got an X-ray on the first day. The doctor did not interpret that x-ray with me, his assistants did, who, to my knowledge, don't have medical credentials or anything. The assistant told me my spine was compressed (at 17 years old) and needed chiropractic care for sure. After seeing my primary doctor more recently and getting x-rays, I was assured there was no compression in my spine, just some crookedness that could be tended to, rather than compression which is irreversible and scary! Next, this guy immediately lectured me on my diet and gave me new dietary restrictions... a chart that my mother, an eating disorder therapist, said was unacceptable and wouldn't allow me to follow. As an underweight kid already, his restrictions could've placed me in the hospital. He pushed numerous supplements, some he'd give for free and some he'd charge for. Meanwhile any question I had for him with regard to posture, exercise or stretching, he would simply deflect or give a super vague and unhelpful response. The adjustments left me in pain when I left, without fail. I was there for 6 months and the pain never subsided. One session which was particularly bad was when he took some sort of massage looking tool and drove it into my lower stomach. He pushed very hard, and it was excruciatingly painful. When I was clearly distressed and asking him to stop, he wouldn't. He had to do it for a certain amount of time, and more than once. I almost cried from both intense pain and that despite my pleads for him to stop, he wouldn't. He even chuckled at my reactions to the pain. His reasoning for this weird treatment was once again vague, having something to do with releasing a tight muscle. If there was one place that I could entreat each and every individual not to give their money to, it would be this one.
Wow! I was in a car accident & googled an injury chiropractor. This was one of the first ones to pop up. Looking at my proximity to my house & work. This place checked every box off! The quality of care was amazing. The office is well equipped with the latest & greatest tools to get patients where they need to be on their recovery plan. This was my first time there & I can't wait to go back. My office experience was out of this world. The DR actually cares about your health. I pray I don't get into another accident but I'm so thankful I found Well Being Chiropractic & Health! I'm telling everyone I know about them & their services!!! If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for?!
I had a great experience with Dr. Brian! His expertise and care made a significant difference in my well-being. He took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored a treatment plan. The office staff is friendly and efficient, making each visit a breeze. They had accommodating appointment times and were flexible with rescheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Brian for anyone seeking chiropractic care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
