Here for the immigration physical.Place is small but the receptionist is nice and friendly.would recommended.

This place is super sketchy. I had a bad feeling when I walked in. The receptionist was rude. The door was locked so once they opened it they let us in. Then kicked us out. I felt very uncomfortable here. I was desperate for a dentist appointment but ended up canceling.I called at 11pm to cancel my appointment expecting to leave a message and they answered The guy who answered was rude and kept saying yes so I thought I called the wrong number. Do your research and go somewhere else. Be careful

For immigration physical examination only take cash issued receipt even not have Doctors name just address front desk very poor manners unfortunately this place is very close to my home so I select this place. If you dont mind drive a little further you can avoid all the unhappy person there.

Worst doctor Ive ever seen. Very Arrogant with a sad office sharing with a dentist in a corner.

Indoor decorations.. Looks like in tge eqrly 90s.The front desk lady.. She looka like ahe is in her 20s.. Horrible customer service or bother to look up. Our appointment was 1030am. We got in there and no one told us what we need to do. But we saw a sign in sheet so we signed in. She still didnt look up. After a few minutes husband asked..im sorry we have appointment for 1030 and this is our first time. She finally looked up without a smile and said in chinese to fill out application. My husband can barely speak chinese so he keep responding in english.. So he point to the application.. And asked a few more questions and she STILL respond in chinese Can you not get the hint that this patient barely understands Chinese? If you dont want to be there then find a different job. Not putting any effort in your job shows poor work ethic.We didnt get to see the doctor till 1130am.

I dont know why the doctor doesnt smile to all patients.It seems he is difficult to get along with.Plus it is really hard to get information clearly i cant believe there are a lot of patients everyday I will not come back again. Anyhowthe nurses here are friendly.

Dr. Hsu is great. The office nurses are friendly.  Dr. Hsu has been our PCP for  over 7 years and he never missed one appointment.  And he opens in Saturdays which is very convenient for us. Highly recommended.

Dont recommend it.Went into RH office for an immigration exam.Picked up the sealed package Few months later received a letter from the USCIS claiming that the I693 was someone else.ThereforeI went into the Dr office letting them know the incident they said it wasnt their fault. And will not issue another sealed document.The doctor keep claiming that it must be the fault of immigration.Dr wont take accountanted for his mistake even if it was his stuff.

I would give this place A ZERO if I could. Had TERRIBLE experience here. The nurse at the counter was unkindly and not willing to help. The facilities were outdated. We sat there for hours and no one told us what we are waiting for. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
