List of Alexander Grand's Reviews
After visiting 3 different doctors over 2 year span- I came to see Dr. Grand for ongoing eye problem I was having. He was very friendly & told me 1 thing that put me at ease, “I’m kind of good at this stuff so we’ll get it taken care of” and he was not lying. After so many different prescriptions & misdiagnosis, he fixed my eye issue at the very first visit. Highly recommend anyone who has been having repeated eye issues & not getting a resolution.
I had this really rare optic nerve condition and I went all over the place, and no one seemed to know what to do. All my scans were normal and I went to see Dr. Grand and when he looked at my nerves he saw a build up that was the reason for my vision issues. No one else was able to tell me what was going on. He communicates really well, thanks so much.
I had this really big cyst in my eye socket, and it was showing from the front, i was getting pretty worried about it. Dr. G took me to the OR and removed it, thank goodness. i was getting deformed there, but im great now. cant express how relieved i am that its over.
I had double vision and he made sure all appropriate testing was done, he ordered some land and discovered I have a rare autoimmune condition that caused it. Now I’m getting the appropriate treatment thanks to him.
Dr Grand requires an MRI brain scan before seeing patients with double vision (diplopia). I thought he might offer some insight into my particular diplopia so I got the MRI and scheduled an appointment My experience was more than disappointing. He said he required a brain MRI to rule out a brain tumor. I thought that was rather odd since most diplopia issues have nothing to do with bran tumors. I brought him the cd of my MRI but he was not interested in looking at it. Instead he asked to see the written report. I already knew it indicated there was no serious issues. It was disappointing that he was not interested in looking at the MRI to make sure that the report was accurate. I had recently gotten glasses with prisms from another doctor. They were effective but I was having trouble with my distance vision. I was expecting that he would give me a complete eye exam but instead he asked to see the prescription from the other doctor. I informed him I was also doing vision therapy

I informed him I was also doing vision therapy exercises. He did not think much of that idea but instead suggested I see an eye surgeon and gave me a referral. I am not sure if it was the vision therapy or the time it took for my eyes to adjust to the glasses but I can now see clearly with no vision issues. In conclusion my experience with Dr Grand was a waste of time. If you have a double vision issue I suggest you see some other doctor.
Wowww I was so impressed by the service I got after my apt with Dr. Alex. I came here from out of state to get a treatment and Dr. Alex exceeded my expectations. I love my new smile and feel like a million dollars. Thank you so much Dr. Alex and his staff for making me a lot more confident with my smile :)
Dr Grand is super professional and thorough. He is nice and easy to talk to about any concerns that you may have.
He and his support staff were very professional. I love the communication they gave and handled everything well. I found the prescription I got to be accurate, and my skin graft turned out well. Thanks !!!
I'm absolutely disgusted at his willingness to talk poorly about teachers during this pandemic stating we are "leaving our post". Absolutely not true and he is wanting to appear the greater hero. I know many doctors who are seeing patients on video if possible.... just as teachers will be doing. We are in a pandemic and should be looking out for all of humanity not shi**ing on others.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
