List of Allmed Medical Center's Reviews
Long wait times better off going to an ER they are slow getting you seen. I have been here going on 2 hours. They are quick to open their mouths to ask for ID and insurance but will have you waiting. Staff talks about personal gossip and talking to each vs seeing clients the health feild is becoming a joke.. they take advantage of people who can't afford higher end insurance. Do yourself a favor don't come here.. the front desk clerk is blasted in tattoos
I’d rate them 0 stars if I could they never answer the phone nor return urgent voicemail they’re extremely unorganized and when the phones are answered your constantly interrupted disrespected constantly transferred and rudely hung up with no warning after waiting hours or more just to get thru to someone.. on top of that they stay referring you to places who don’t even except your insurance. They’ve changed providers so many times it messed up everything when it came to me trying to be seen . They’ve had multiple doctors and nurses quit..
This place needs better staff, people who truly care about their patients,I was with Dr Aries for 25 years and Never!!!!! Had as many complaints as I do now, They never answer the phone, and You don't get your problems resolved, I thought it might work,Cause Dr .. truly listen to your problems and takes time to understand,But I Now know this isn't the place for Anyone who has medical problems and want them to be resolved...The staff is terrible which makes the whole place,Not worth it... BEWARE,I GIVE 0 STARS!!!!!!!!
Terrible place. I would not recommend it to anyone. My last 3 appointments were canceled, and they don't have anything available until the middle of February. They have really bad doctor now who don't care about patients . She didn't get up from her chair to check on anything or listen to her patients. Stay away from this place The same thing happened again. I was waiting for an appointment for more than a month, and they rescheduled it for 1.5 month. Now, I need clearance and EKG before my surgery. I scheduled a preop appointment online, and when I came for an appointment today, they said the doctor is out for 2 weeks . Their online appointments are not real. Why do you even have this system 🤨
I had a doctor's appointment today at 1:30 p.m. I showed up at 1:00 p.m. to check in. I sat there for an hour and a half and still was not not seen. The doctor saw a gentleman that had no appointment that came in after me. I sat in the room for over 30 minutes before I left. Don't go here, or be prepared to wait for over an hour an a half so nothing
This place sucks and so unorganized. Worst place for an extern wanting to learn please don't go here. Wish I could give 0 stars but MA's are the best people here I would give them 5 stars by themselves.
I've been waiting all most 2 weeks on a refill on my blood pressure medication.I think that is enough time to call a prescription in.i had none yesterday the pharmacy give me enough to last for one day.i hope they call it in.
Pathetic. I would not recommend this hospital to anybody. 1.) The administration loses paper works, or conveniently forgets to send off documentation to other facilities. Nor do they forward labs or specialist referrals, so its up to the secondary facility to convince Allmed to their jobs. if the ladies in the front stopped being on their phones maybe they could get work done! 2.) The staff at the Hospital can not keep an appointment on schedule to save a life. They will schedule you, then the day you are supposed to arrive, they call you and say we have to reschedule you for two weeks out. 3.) They do not follow through to see how you are actually feeling, its an in and out conveyer type of facility. 4.) They do not answer the phone, one time I was waiting in the lobby hearing their phone ring. The ladies in the front continued texting and laughing the whole time it rang. 5.) The sad thing is, I thought it was just me, the another patient came in and demanded to be seen and listed all of the reason I just did as to why this place is unacceptable. - Do yourself a favor, find another clinic, this place should be shut down, and reopened once they have competent employees
Didn't properly inform the patience they were moving from 7600 hospital Dr to sunrise Blvd it's completely bull shit. Now I have to fight to get my medicine refilled. Just because I'm low income and can't afford to drive all the way to sunrise Blvd
The customer service is horrible when you call. I’ve called three times in a month did not get a call back then when I call again, the lady was rude. Kept putting me on mute. She wasn’t listening to me. I was telling her I was in pain Respectfully!. She still said I need to wait a week for my appointment and then booked the appointment and hung up on me and didn’t send me no type of confirmation to show me that my appointment was booked. When I asked if there was someone else I can talk to for help she would not give me any type of information

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
